The product I actually received was nice, but I ordered 2. I wrote them it must have been a mistake, but it wasn't. They said they don't have that anymore and was actually already sold out when I put it in the basket. I told them I can still order the very same item, and I want it, since they made a mistake and it's stillavailable in the webshop. They haven't answered for weeks so I wrote again, that I want the price back, obviously, although they haven't offered a compansation, neither informed me in advance that I actually won't get what I ordered. They said they would transfered it back. Weeks passed by, asked it again, I want the item or the money back, they have never answered anymore. So no item, no money, no communication. Horrible company.

Daphne’s Diary is known for the magazine which I have no problem with. This review is for items bought through their shop. I bought three items, a notebook, a sticker set and some ephemera for junk journaling. This cost £37. The quality was dreadful. Everything comes from China and could be bought much, much cheaper on Temu. Their website makes it all look and sound much better than it is. There is no clue as to the poor quality. I really feel ripped off. I tried to leave them a review on their website but you can’t without an account. Also, watch out for postage if you’re in the UK. I got caught out and paid £20 + for postage. That bit is my fault but something to be aware of.
