I ordered two shoes paid but never received. This is fraud. Please be careful

I never received my order from about three years ago!

I have purchased shoes from them before and have tolerated the lack of customer service. This last order was a nightmare. Ordered shoes in Jan for my daughter's wedding in May. Needless to say shoes did not arrive until July. I attempted to contact them multiple times with no response. Very dissatisfied, will not recommend nor be ordering anything from them again.

I'm forced to give them a rating justvto enter acreview but in all honesty if I could give a negative number I would. Read this very carefully with what I'm about to type. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST. I ordered a pair of shoes from them in December of 2022. Called to check on the order, text, everything. Over and over again and again. Not one time did I or have I received anything from these leeches. There is a place in HELL especially reserved for people like these guys. I know they won't read it but I hope everyone else will and be saved by this and orhers who have posted something similar to this. Again don't get sucked in by these con artist..

I brought a pair of shoes in February 22. It is now March 1923 never received the shoes I always got the runaround

and now it goes to someone monkey mobile that’s really sad $600 down the drain.

This company is a complete scam! I purchased a pair of "custom made" golf shoes on 8/14/22 and my credit card was charged $355.00 on 8/15/22. I've never received the shoes or responses to my emails or phone messages despite trying a dozen times or more.

what wasted of resurces this company is FAKE all the way. i bought two pair of shoes back in april never got the shoes and to be able to get my money i had to hire some in legal field to collect my money. stay away from this people.

Rip off!! Buyer beware! This company is a BIG SCAM!! Thank goodness I ordered on my credit card and I’m getting my money refunded!

What a scam, ordered a pair of shoes in July 8, and have not received a response from what appears to be a fraudulent company because the number on the website for customer service takes you straight to a leave a voicemail. I reported to BBB. In the meantime, there website is still open and active.

Maybe the company was sold to scammers? I used to buy shoes from them with confidence and satisfaction. Since last year, there has only been FRUSTRATION and MORE FRUSTRATION. I'm still waiting for a pair of shoes and a belt from long ago. Besides this, I recently received a pair of Belgian loafers OF WHICH ONE WAS DEFECTIVE. I sent photographs with lots of text to any e-mail I could find, but have not had any response! I tried several telephone numbers but none of them worked. I'm in the UK, there's also an American website and an Australian one. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MONEY AGAIN AND WILL ATTEMPT TO GET THEM IN THE LEGAL HOT WATER THEY SO RICHLY DESERVE. Scam scum!

Don’t waste your money. It’s a scam! I placed an order in May 2022 and it’s November and I’m still waiting for my order. They blocked me on Facebook, Messenger, and have stopped responding to my emails

It’s funny, that there are no sites to warn consumers that this site is a scam.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered and apparently wasted $616.95. Ordered shoes 07/11/2022. No response…contacted credit card company and they were basically told I should read the fine print with what seems to say they send them if and when they want to…BEWARE

Ordered a pair of shoes over 4 months haven't gotten them yet and I never received a call after numerous calls and emails sent to them.

Please please please like James Brown says in his song stay away from this them ordered shoes in June it's October and shoes no response $400 later stay away PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Ordered 2 pairs in early March this year that never arrived. Figured global shipping problems may be the cause so gave them time so after 4 months decided to follow up.

Have contacted the company repeatedly and only receive auto responses every single time. Tried their instagram which got me a single response seeking order number and then nothing after repeated follow ups.

Livid with their lack of courtesy and starting to question if company is even legitimate.

Could not recommend less.

Absolutely pathetic company...I ordered shoes in mid January of 2022 paid $550 for 1 pair of shoes and 8 months later still nothing. I have reached out numerous times and zero response. Unfortunately will have to take legal action to be refunded. STAY AWAY
