My order was never honored and the customer service was terrible. I got a refund after 11 months of fist fight. This company is a scam am sure. Do not buy anything from them.

If there was a way to give a minus 5 score I would. I placed an order in December 2021 and as of July 2022 I have not received my order but the company has receive my $400 plus for the shoes. I have sent multiple emails and actually got a response to one email saying the following but my order is still not resolved:

I’m horrified to find out that my experience is the same as everyone else’s on here. No shoes, no response, no way to contact them. This company absolutely stinks. There has to be a way to report them and shut them down. There just taking money and not producing and worse yet no explanation. $400 down the drain!

This is a completely fraudulent company. They take your order but they do not deliver. You try to reach them and nobody gets back to you. How about shoes on April 17th and I have not received anything despite multiple attempts at trying to reach them
Your customer service is pathetic
Your customer service is pathetic. I placed an order May 7, and no further communication until I asked for an update on June 15 and received a response from Sonea on June 16 that my order was almost finished and would go out the next week (by )June 23). I have followed up with emails and IMs and IG DM’a and have received no response at all about the order that is now over a month late, and has been fully charged to my credit card. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have all the messages, emails, DMs saved to use as I see fit.

Dapper Lane - Custom Build shows experience
I am a regular customer of Dapper Lane and I have bought about 5 custom made shoes before. I bought one again on November 23rd and I still have not received my shoes as of today 20th April. I also have contacted them regularly and the response is very slow and each time. When I eventually get a resonse it usually says: "the shoes will be there within 3 weeks". This was now 6 weeks ago and still no response from them on this update. I am geting increasingly frustrated. Maybe they can't cope after the pandemic anymore with custom made shoes, but waiting over 20 weeks when they promise you shoes within 12 weeks in unacceptable. More importantly the lack of customer care is more frustrating. I want a response on my order and when I can expect them!!!
