Iv been looking for ugg slippers for the wife and had no joy,but then I found dapper Street I was a bit sceptical at first as iv never heard of them but after looking at reviews I gave them ago and iv got to say fast delivery and product bang on the wife is over the moon with the ugg slippers thanks dapper Street.

Terrible customer service, you call through phone to process a return and they say you have to email. After several emails back and forth they say they'll accept the return for my shoes. I return said item and they send it back to me saying they can't process a refund because they've been worn. The shoes were tried on once and never touched again. Stay away if you happen to get the wrong size in something they won't accept your return!

I ordered a jacket from this seller on Amazon. Fair price and free returns.

Jacket arrived promptly and well packaged. Found to be a bit too big so returned with the intention or ordering the smaller size. Packaged posted and used the services provided by amazon.

Waited the 5 days for a refund but still had not heard anything. Waited another few days with no refund still so contacted the seller.

I was informed that the item had been posted, a delivery had been attempted and they were waiting on it to be redelivered. After 6 days the item still has not been delivered to them (on a monday) and my refund was not processed.

I contacted Amazon Customer Services who were fantastic with their assistance. They contacted the seller on my behalf urging them to issue a refund.

They refused. They advised that I contact evri to find out the status of my delivery.

Shocking level of customer service. Yes they supplied quickly. Yes it was my issue it was too large. But beware, this is a seller who will sell you what you ask for, but you are on your own when it comes to returning it to them the problem will be yours until they decide the outcome. Which may include refusing your return and sending the item back to you. At your expense.

Thankfully I bought through Amazon. Whi did refund about 30 minutes after contacting them about the issue with this seller.

Buyer beware. They do sell a lot of items and alot of customers are happy. Just remember this review. You might find yourself in a battle to get your money back for a simple return.

Fantastic service! I’d been looking for Ugg ultra mini boots since the beginning of December for Christmas gift but out of stock everywhere, until Dapper Street came up on my search. I was a bit hesitant ordering from them (already come across a scam site selling these) but so pleased I did. Ordered what seemed like the only pair of size 5 in the country on Tuesday evening (at normal price, not inflated like some other sites) and they arrived Thursday morning. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Was a bit apprehensive about buying from a lesser known site as thought they may be selling fakes. However, my Uggs came today and no need to worry at all. Amazing service, would definitely recommend.

Jacket came damaged

Sent back but never has a refund.

I ordered over $85 worth of merchandise on October 14 and it is now November 16 and I have never received my order. I believe this is spam and I would never order from them unless you want to lose your money! P.S. They have no phone number to call either!!

First time ordering from Dapper Street and it was incredibly positive! Love the trousers I ordered (and such a great price), and the shipping was almost instant. I made the order Friday afternoon, and it was delivered Monday morning! Will definitely shop at Dapper Street more, thank you!
