The holster has quality in it's manufacture. I have a problem with the thumb release. It's not positioned correctly for the 1911 thumb safety. My grip suffers from the hood release position. I have modified the hood release and extended it up and forward. I'll probably use another duty holster for reliability of grip and safety manipulation.

Great product , timely delivery

I own 6+ over the years and they only seem to get better. The best holster I've ever bought at any price. I now order the claw AIWB, the optic cut and curved clip every time because I can always add an optic, always remove the claw and use as plain IWB and unlike so many other brands they have ZERO grab and rub spots on the gun except the precise points where the gun his held in retention. When you adjust these with thicker Kydex the amount of retention does not change when you crank down the tension of your carry belt. You cannot say that about 90% of the so called high end custom holsters. All this at amazing price, lightning production and shipping speed and no snarky stuck up attitude from their support. I had one issue ordering a wrong feature years ago and they helped me instantly. So many friends have thanked me for recommending. Just received Glock 48mos AIWB with optic and it's amazing. Small improvements are insanely smart. Important to note the optic cut is structurally supported and not a plain holster with a dremel cut.

I used autofill at checkout and it input the wrong shipping address. I didn't catch it until I got the Order confirmation. A simple email to Dara's support email and Lillian got it sent to the correct address. I purchased the Walther PDP Duty Holster (Level II Retention) and was worried that the Holosun 509T & C+H precision adapter plate would be too tall for the thumb throw hood system... not so! Clears it with room to spare and the thumb throw and draw are super smooth and intuitive. Literally JUST got it in, but looks like it will hold up just fine. VERY happy with my purchase

Purchase the duty holster for my Glock17 on 08/10/2022. On 05/22/2023 as I was stepping out of my patrol unit the gun fell on the ground!!! Two side retaining screws were missing, gladly I was able to secure the gun. On 05/25/2023 attempted to contact Dara customer service and no response. The phone goes on a long pre-recorded message “Thank you for your patience, your call is #1 in line” and then drops 20 minutes later. So… With that being said, if you willing to sell merchandise with no product support you doing disservice to your customers. Will urge perspective customers to look for other products than Dara Holsters

It was great! It’s been hard finding a holster that checked all the boxes for me (LH, OWB, and for a Walther PDP F-Series w/ 3.5 barrel) but Dara made it easy to purchase one. Shipped quick as well!

Both holsters are a perfect fit. Quick draw good retention. Not crazy about the leg loop. Makes the backer too long. That doesn't change the fact the at price it works great. Will be getting more.

I have a Shadow Systems XR920 9mm pistol and had been looking for a holster for a while. No online sites ever had my exact gun listed. Several chat forums said the Glock is a very close fit but still is a little sloppy around the trigger guard. I wanted a perfect fit and that is what I got with the Dara holster. I got both the IWB and OWB holsters for my XR. They both fit my pistol perfectly and are comfortable to wear.

Holsters appear to be well made. Used a couple times already and they do what they are supposed to do. I use it mostly for local idpa matches. If I had one critique I would say have some custom options (like various colors or two tone options).

The product is reliable, quality control is excellent, I recommend it, I use them every day.
