Lousy customer service. The guy used to deliver the parcel called me in a very unprofessional way. Worst service ever. Don’t recommend to use it by anyone. Daylight scammers🤮
Lousy customer service and poor IT solutions
Extremely poor service from their customer services team. The lady who answered refused to give her surname when I wanted to note down the name of the person whom I spoke with for follow-up purposes.
My credit card was blocked by Daraz three times in a week and they wanted 24/48 hrs to fix/respond each time. Nothing wrong with my credit card but the problem is only with Daraz due to their lousy IT systems. They have no sense of customer service and and agents are like parrots repeating the same thing.

Belittling reply, received emails updating delivery status, final email stated items has been delivered. Was never messaged to update delivery address through the process and refund would not have happened unless I chased it🤯

The customer service is disappointing. I placed an order for a mobile cover, but received the wrong item. When I tried to initiate a return, the customer service informed me that they couldn't process it. However, I'm left wondering about the return process and the refund for my purchase. I have used Daraz for online purchasing for a long time, I bought so many products, including some expensive items like a Refrigerator and TVs,
For me, my overall experience was excellent, their customer service was also excellent If any Item was not as I expected or Damaged, They always allowed me to return it and arranged a refund,
When purchasing I always select products with good ratings, and If I purchase an expensive item I always filter out their authentic Brands,
With the coupons, I have been able to buy Items at very low prices and also saved a lot of shipping costs,

I purchased a beard trimmer 2 weeks ago. It has a few defects. When I called customer care they gave me the vendors number. Sadly the vendor does not respond. I expected a better service from Daraz.

I purchased a landline phone
I purchased a landline phone, specifically the MCT3190CID, via Daraz, and it was delivered on 07/12/2023. Unfortunately, the device ceased functioning on 15/12/2023. Despite ordering the MCT3190CID, I received the MCT3191CID variant. Regrettably, the product lacks a warranty; however, Daraz allows returns within 7 days.
In response to the malfunction, I contacted Daraz for guidance. The representative advised me to contact another entity, stating that, in accordance with government regulations, replacement is permissible, but not a refund. Subsequently, upon reaching out to the designated entity, I obtained a replacement phone, appreciating their assistance.
Nevertheless, I express dissatisfaction with the after-sales support provided by Daraz. A more effective approach would involve Daraz facilitating communication between the customer and vendor, given that the transaction is conducted through their platform. Directing customers to contact the vendor independently may undermine trust and compromise the customer experience.
I will not recommend Darazz Sri Lanka at all!!
Not even worth a single star because they delivered the wrong product and never replaced it with what I ordered.
I received the wrong product and also received a call saying that they delivered the wrong product and would replace it within a week. We trusted these people and waited a week and no one contacted us after that. As you can see after the 7-day, refund window was already over, and I could not get a refund or contact the seller. I feel I got scammed by this seller. The wrong product I received is nowhere near the value I paid for the original product and it is useless for me. I tried to contact the seller by Darazz chat and never got a reply. Then I contacted Darazz and they said the refund period was over and asked me to contact the seller. They provided me seller's contact details to sort out with them. Then I told them I bought from your site and I had nothing to do with the seller and they kept saying the same thing. I lost all the money that I paid and had to go through all the hassle to even get the contact details of the seller. I am very disappointed about Darazz and ask you all to be very careful when you want to order anything from them. Even if you order from Darazz, in the end, it turns out that you ordered from some random stranger who can easily scam you by hiding behind the brand name Darazz.
I will never ever order anything from Daraz. Utter disappointment. All I want is the products that I already paid and Darazz Sri Lanka turned a blind eye to this matter.
I don't believe the Darzz will take any notice of my review as they have a monopoly in the market but I want to educate other customers not to get scammed by these unethical companies.

Daraz, a subsidiary of the Alibaba Group, gets off cheaply when an order goes wrong by refunding the amount without any compensation for the inconvenience. The effort is not even made to send a new product if it is damaged.

I ordered some items from daraz,As I was going out of the country I ordered keeping enough days to deliver , I got a call from the ddelivery guy when I was abroad , I gave my daughter 's no and asked to deliver it to her.He says he kept the pacel in side the gate bbut when my daughter came home ,it was not there.I informed daraz and they agreed to look into the matter, but say their guy has kept the parcel , it only his word and its wrong to leave a parcel without handing it to someone .I have been a very good customer but this is how they treat their customers , very unprofessional .

The Daraz Online Advt mentioned Huawei Honoor X5 Plus as a 6GB +64GB phone and the price before discounting as Rs. 69,899 with a -43% discount at Rs 39,899. (I have screen shots to prove this) Instead the phone I recieved was a 4GB, which was also available at Singer SL online at that same time for the discounted price. I felt cheated outright and so dissapointed. When I contacted the seller HR Mobile they were rude, very unprofessional and unhelpful They said the mistake was made by Daraz and it was not their problem. Its a shame to have sellers like them on the Daraz platform, it will only bring you more disrepute.

Worst Customer Service Ever. When you make a complaint they don't even hear you out properly. They say they will look into it but that's it. They don't compensate the customer for the inconveniences caused. Daraz is also full of scams!

I have ordered a Harry Potter notebook and it arrived in one day , thank you for the quick delivery . I t was top most quality and came with stickers along with it .
But only one complain . A previous day I ordered an anklet which had a butterfly on it, but within a few days the gold color faded away . So I encourage you to produce quality jewellery.

I have ordered about 100s of various items using daraz.. Previously all the items were delivered right on time. It was couriered by LKDex. But now its changed its now delivered by lk JetexB... Always late... Actually i hate the site now.. Always late the delivery. Not recommended

Do not buy from Daraz. We bought a tv a month ago, it was blurry, when notified they just came up with excuses, this was purchased for my mother who is over 80. She didnt know what to do. Thenn in just after a month display gone blank. When notified Daraz they said its not their item its private seller Electronic traders we should have read the agreement before purchasing, etc. Customer service agen we dealt with was Sumedha Fernando. We cant find any contact details, business address or contact number of the seller in Daraz website. If a product is sold by Daraz how could they say we should deal with the seller without sharing the sellers details? The other issue is they delivered the item to residence but when its faulty we are being told to deliver the item all the way to Tania & Tamara at Narahenpita.

My mother is unable to get this repair issues sort out even if we allow them to return a new tv for the damaged item. Best is for her to receive the money to buy a tv from a local shop.
Its our fault for trusting online shop like Daraz who is not capable of resolving the issue immediately.
We dont want anyone to fall on to tgis trap in future. We are trying to give the best to our parents but now we are in a limbo without knowing who got our money, wgo is the seller (Daraz says its a thirdparty named Electronic traders) how we can receive a refund. As far as we know that we paid to Daraz not to any third party dealers.
