Daraz delivers small parcels somehow but large parcels to be delivered by Daraz Korangi are simply a disaster. Fake status update of delivery attempt while in reality no delivery attempt was made and even they return back the order to seller without attempting delivery. Lodging written email complains are of no use. Customer service response is "to wait in case if Daraz Korangi delivers, if not then again wait for couple of weeks for the refund of a pre paid order."
Daraz is getting worse day by day and by no means is capable or reliable for serving customers online. Daraz need to understand that they are customer dependent business which they have completely forgotten or probably ignoring on purpose. Recommending Karachi customers to refrain ordering from Daraz.

Previously I had great experience with daraz but know i have to boycott Daraz due to shameless and poor customer services i had placed electric blower item but due to item issues the item i was returned back very next day of daraz office then daraz representative contact me and asked about the product and i told him too much issues of product but he forced me that you have to buy it we cannot returned product i told him that i,m not telling a lie you can my daraz history i never returned any product without a solid reason but he never understand forced we never returned product you have to buy it know i have it forcedly useless product just because of daraz. No Shopping with daraz its totally waste of money

Hi I'm Adeen,I ordered alot of products from daraz .pk,mostly were to good.but some of them were really disappointed,but as many products were fabulous so I must give daraz .pk a 4 star review.thanks

One the of worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered two air fryers which were suppose to be from silver crest.
The product I received was not real silver crest and the quality is pathetic.

I returned the product as I was not satisfied with the quality and Daraz rejected my return saying there is no valid reason for return.
I am living abroad and thought that Daraz might be giving a same experience as Amazon but unfortunately I am wrong.

Will never buy anything again from here .

Hi , i order from daraz in pakistan, I’m not happy , as i ordered wireless charger for my phone , estimate time was given 7 or 8 july 2023 , but till now i haven’t received, and I’m keep receiving notification that courier guy contacted me which is totaly wrong , not contacting me , even i called cute service to register complaint and make sure I’ll get my delivery before i fly , till today i haven’t receive any call from daraz , if this kind of service daraz providing to the customer then I recommend please don’t order from Daraz .

Daraz.pk is AMAZING. To all of the people complaining about scams, READ THE REVIEWS, they tell everything. If something doesn't have reviews I usually skip it. ZERO scams so far, ZERO.

Daraz is cool! I have ordered hundreds of products from it and never got any scam. This is a fantastic application. It delivers products in time with out delay. Packaging of products are strong and delivery rates are too low. Just amazing app. Will keep shopping from Daraz.

Daraz will trap you, do not throw your money way. They send you wrong product not trust worthy at all. FIA should take action against them.

I'm sharing my recent experience of purchasing daraz like new product. I ordered a Lenovo tablet which arrived defective. As per daraz return policy I returned it for refund or exchange but I was told that the product didn't pass QC so I won't be refunded. I asked daraz CS to arrange exchange but they told me I should directly contact seller and claim warranty... I noticed that many customers had shared reviews on that product during this time mentioning the exact same defect in the tablet. Hence, I couldn't trust the seller but Daraz denied taking any responsibility as well...I spent a whole month trying to prove my point to CS but their response only caused mental distress. I didn't want to receive the returned tablet back from daraz but they told me if I didn't do so they will scrap it and also close my case.. Therefore I ended up sending the tab to seller directly and paying courier charges from my pocket as well....

I'm going to close my account now....
I want to WARN all the buyers...
PLZ DON'T BUY LIKE NEW PRODUCTS from daraz believing that in case there's some issue with the delivered product, the return policy got you covered..
DARAZ 15 DAYS RETURN POLICY IS A SCAM !!!

Thay rejected my review because I left one start to the rider, the rider didn't deliver my order and marked it as deliverd. This is not fair service at all.

Don't ever buy it anything from here, too much frauds, they don't even return the things, Daraz don't even verifies seller on there sites.

This time... No all the time. I tried 100 orders out of which only one was as expected, 99 items turned out broken, fake, fraud.

Daraz.pk is the worst website ever. They don't give a damn about what customers have to say. I contacted them several times for affiliate program but no reply. I called helpline and everyone tells a different story.

Poor, wish I could give less than 1 star.

Glad to see this online platform in Pakistan.
Positives:
Cheap products without haggling delivered straight to your door.
Negatives:
Poor customer services, unable to speak to anyone or for them to resolve issues via email. Multiple deliveries at different times of day for same order. Returning items is difficult. Unable to take money out of Daraz wallet into my bank account.
And worst of all very difficult to return poducts sold by fraudulent sellers.

They allow people to receive damaged, broken items.
They then refuse to refund you
Continuously cancel your refund request because daraz staff cannot be bothered to do pickup even though they confirmed.
Stay away
Do Not recommend to anyone
