Daraz improved a lot recently. Worth trying.

Daraz does not honor the bank discounts it advertises, and customer service folks are clueless about how to help if you bring it up with them. I let it go on my first order thinking it may have been a one off glitch but I had the same exact problem today. This was the last time I ordered anything from this business.

I ORDERED MY ITEAM TO BE DELIVERY HOME DELIVERY I PAID ৳১৮২ BUT THEY CALLED FROM OFFICE BRANCH ASKING TO PICK THEM UP OR HE WILL CHARGE DELIVERY AGAIN WHY???
THEN WE HAD TO PICK UP!
I MADE COMPLAIN TO THE DEPARTMENT DARAZ BUT THEY JUST SAID SORRY NEVER WILL
HAPPEN AGAIN WITHOUT GIVING MY DELIVERY CHARGE THATS A FRAUD,HOW WILL
I BELIEVE THEM AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLEASE WHEN YOU ORDER PAY CASH ON DELIVERY SO THEY CANNOT CHEAT

They are cheap people there fraud ... They don't send the stock with the display on a pictures ...they give 14 days money back geranty after buying they don't return there damage items

I have never seen this kind of irresponsible customer handling and customer support as well. they need to be banned because they are not fulfill customer satisfaction

Daraz Company ant its authorities are expert at removing the reviews which are not in their favour. They removed my reviews about their faulty supply regarding Aloevera plant. They show something and deliver something of low quality. If the customer makes complaint instead of addressing or apologising they remove the reviews of customer.

I have ordered a lot of things from Daraz and I am very disappointed and irritated that everything in the daraz comes separately, even if it is a small item or biggest item.Or if there is one thing, pay for it, then another thing comes away, then you have to pay for it. What is the problem?Can't it be like this, if so many items have been ordered, then they should be delivered together and paid for together. Kindly resolve this 🙏 issue as soon as possible.

Daraz.pk are thugs.pk. Most of the merchants are people who love to steal and do fraud. The customer service are bunch of folks who would mouth off to any complain you have. They have a blatant disregard for customer. One of the merchant Thunder.com, took the money and sent an empty box. Now he is nowhere to be found. Customer services now will turf you around with already designed answers. Good luck using these thugs

I'm getting spam messages by Daraz, Scammy website and phishing attacks to random users. Why not any officials doesn't takes actions?

I was a bit afraid of shopping online stuff but Daraz is the only app I am satisfied with. They sell what they show.

Personally one of the worst experience and that too multiple times Would never recommend

1). I put money in Daraz Wallet a few months ago. There were over 500 rupees in Daraz Wallet. For a while, I did not shop on Daraz. Today, I checked my Daraz Wallet, and there are only 32 rupees left.

2). Their promotional campaigns are also fraudulent. For example, you play One Rupee Game for over 10 days. You paid them 10 rupees, and don't win. Over the next several months they'll return you a random amount e.g. 5 to 6 rupees out of 10. This means they're snatching money from millions of customers playing such games.

3). Now as they've stolen my money from Daraz's wallet, none of the new orders are going through. Sellers don't receive my orders, and ultimately I've to cancel after a few weeks.

4). Daraz Customer Support sucks, they never help you with your issue. They just respond with generic premade response, and never help resolve your issues.

Worst Experience ever, Daraz waly or Customer dono hi seller ko loot rhay hain, seller apni tarf sy wohi product bhejta hai jo customer order krta hai or Daraz/Customer kuch or product ya wohi purani product dal kr return kr deta hai or daraz os ko accept kr leta hai, or seller ko loss hota hai.

*Don't get fooled by fake websites like daraz * Don't buy stuff from Taras because they cheat,And more expensive *One of the top cheat apps is daraz * The delivery charge is much higher than the cost of the goods *When buying goods from Taras, if you return defective or non-working goods, the Taras family will call you on the phone and scold you very badly. * Please do not buy products through daraz

Daraz is a worst app I was bought audionic air buds but the seller send me a empty box I was contact with service the agent says return the parcel 9 days ago I was return the parcel but daraz cannot refund my money please try to shop products physically.

Got my vector bike helmet last weel the price is very affordable and very good quality in terms of comfort. Highly recommend

Worst online shopping platform ever- they even don’t care about customer - there return polices sucks - and delivery time is 5/7 days even in same country
