They are a third class company that allows you to make a purchase, will keep your money held and than will cancel your order unilaterally

Most pathetic service. I refunded an order back to daraz and they sent it back to me from quality assurance and never even let me know the reason. Secondly I receive a notification from the application about their pathetic chatbot and it never works. It’s been 21 days. Awful daraz service. Never using again.

daraz is become the first fraud and scam online shopping store in Pakistan, i am a seller on daraz and i have been never consult regarding return orders, and my return orders being scrap without my notice and consent its very dangerous for seller on daraz, my item worth 40000 and they even don't bear to inform me before scrapping it and they throw away just like its a 40 rupy item, i request all the seller do not sell via daraz they are looting people now by famousing

I have made an order for two sets of the same item on Daraz. But the seller has cancelled my order and refunded me only for one set of my order (50% of my full payment). I had the same experience for two repeated times. This is absurd.!!! Seller accepts the payment and then after two-three days he cancel the order and refunds only 50% of the payment. What is this???? Never make any order from Daraz. They are real thieves. There is no one to complain…? Online help platform works on virtual message system and doesn’t help at all. The dirtiest online shopping app ever..!!!

I have been shopping with daraz for 2 years and my experience have always been good
Never have I ever got fake products
You should know the technique to order ,if you do this you will get what you order
First select the product which has many solds and reviews then order that
I always use free delivery voucher and have to only pay Re.50 for COD
And things I buy from china sellers are always correct

Item not Received after 17 days of complain no Refund
no Investigation and send me Rider Cnic who Received the Parcel.

Just like everything else within this Twilight Zone (aka) Pakistan. Daraz, is piss poor. Quality assurance, any form of standards and customer satisfaction are not part of their lexicon...

I was a rather a satisfied customer of Daraz services till a few months ago even though the stuff available through Daraz was not necessarily always up to the mark. However, Daraz services have gradually gone down so much so that I had the worst experience of my life ordering on Daraz app this week. Despite numerous efforts, I did not succeed. Daraz has discontinued it's email helpline which has caused a huge gap in communication with the company. It is very frustrating and time consuming to contact the customer service representative over the phone. Even if you succeed in talking to someone, it is either cut off during the call or it is not practically of any use. The Daraz app itself has gone erratic in more than one way. I wonder if Daraz is in the process of winding up it's business in Pakistan. The company does not seem to be serious in improving it's services.

I ordered an office table, was delivered a faulty one, since then have been calling them 20-30 times, every time I am being promised that someone will collect it from my place, never happened, then they started asking me to deliver it to their collection point, which I refused.....more than a month and I am still just calling them to hear the same thing over and over again.....'we will take care of it...........' but nothing happens, so frustrated, worst company I have dealt with in my life

Worst delivery service partners they have, placed an order and delivery service (Leapards) didn't even delivered order and said 3 unsuccessful attempts of delivery, which is a big lie, no body came to deliver. Moreover, their customer support can't do anything

I order K8 mic from a seller "Oks Traders®" labeled as "Mall: Flagship Store" from Daraz, but instead they sent me cheap copy mic in a screen protector packet (K8 comes in a box). I returned the item to Daraz but they rejected the claim. I have ordered hundreds of items from Daraz. If this is how they treat their regular clients, then I am sorry, this is my last order.
There is no way to contact the support. Chat help is just a bot.

I ordered a table lamp. Product shape was same but wasn't original product. They charged rs2,050 for it but it worth less than five hundred rupees because it's size was small, looks like a toy and feature(mode button) were totally fake. So I returned it and requested refund but they rejected my request. It's been about a month but they refunded me later.

Ordered a set of spanners for 2000 rupees. Seller packed old scrap metal in a box and sent these to me instead of the spanners. Reported to Daraz along with pics and a full explanation, however Daraz them rejected my claim.

I was gobsmacked, first at the cheek of the scamming seller and then at Daraz's response.

I am a UK resident, a healthcare professional, and I have spent 2lakh rupees with daraz in the last 4weeks alone with this being my first and only issue reported. I have ZERO reason to lie over 2000 rupees.

Yet daraz must believe I'm lying or they just don't care about scammers and fraudsters.

Daraz, you are a joke. Take some lessons from Amazon and eBay, where customers have full confidence they will not be scammed.

Would give 0 if I could. Do not buy. They were good to start with. Now they take weeks to collect returns and the refuse it. Terrible service can't talk to anyone. Automated messages sent online.
