I bought a phone from this site on 21st of July and today is 12th of August, I never received the phone and when I tried over 10 times to their customer support team for refund but they keep adding ever time 5 days waiting time.

This is the worst company I ever come across in my whole life.

As long as your purchase goes smooth that's fine, if you have any issue then be assure no one will help you!!

I would not recommend any buyers to do do business with DARAZ.PAK TOTAL RUBBISH, TOTAL TIME WASTERS

don't risk your money buy ordering such a crap website Daraz is not daraz anymore like back 3 years. I am using daraz from many years but now i feel they don't care about the customer, about the quality or about the way they work.

they also charge a fee with no sense for COD. seriously? who let you to charge the fee?

don't make false ideas to charge clients by the name of trust. we all know fee on COD is not a businesss its just cheating the peoples.

Daraz.pk is a massive fraud company. They listed fake products and bot vendors. Their products never match the listed images, and descriptions and when you opt for a refund they show you fake "numbers" telling you you got a refund but actually you get nothing. You can't even withdraw a single penny from the numbers they show you in your refund account. Avoid DARAZ at all costs

We order water tank cover from Daraz and return product with no proper worked even they don’t refund money. so bad experience with company. I am not recommended using this company.

Its a fully bakwas fraud app i want to advice everyone please dont purchase any thing i was purchase bag bcz i am in dubai i trust them and is was very nice in picture but what they have send me its totally different and low quality then i message them to return but they come to pickup

A virtual assistant at the help center is a terrible thing.
There should be a live person with whom we could share our problems thoroughly, and the sellers or customers can connect to sort things out as they were before.
The virtual assistant couldn't take care but just in a robotic way. NO SPIRIT NO POWER OF THINKING.

Do NOT shop on Daraz.pk, it is a BIG SCAM.
You can Not Withdraw your Money once you deposit it into your Daraz WALLET, it has only a deposit option Not Withdraw. They won't let you out your Own Money.

I ordered Hydrating Serum, and got a Clarifying Serum. Daraz must check label on boxes match the site. The customer reviews on the site also show different packing for all customers with clear glass bottles. Some had label of Acid hydrating serum. Mine was semi opaque bottle and not a standard product for a single item. My return was approved and the headache started there. I live in DHA2 Islamabad. Daraz fails to tell us where to return and shifts responsibility to Leopards Courier which does not respond to telephone calls. Daraz has no email or text to extend help even after we call their helpline. Helplines dont offer any service except telling pls call Leopards.?? We did not buy from Leopards? I dont think Daraz is a reliable buyer for items anymore.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They are very deceptive and deceiving. Such a dishonest company. We ordered wedding gifts for a newly married to be couple. The photos on their app shows totally different items to what they sent. The teddy bear they put up on their adverts are nothing like what they sent. The teddy sent looks like he hasn't been fed for years. I would advise that do not buy from this crooked company, filthy animals! Disgusting people. I will never order from them. And I am in the process getting some you tubers that I know to review these animals. Do not buy from them.

It’s not good at all

Ordered two products form this platform same seller a pencil and 2.0mm lead for clutch pencil. The seller sent wrong items and I initiated a refund, after receiving both items daraz refused refunds twice and when I insisted they refunded me partially on the third try which I had to go and deliver myself twice, refused refund on the 2.0mm lead. This service and the manner in with which they are robbing people is appalling. This service was once credible but now is horrible, Fraud is an accurate representation of what this company has become. Use to be great now do not bother.

Stole my money and refused to give the item or the money

The company intentionally closed its communications channels such as email and phone so their ill trained chat agents could blabber on and on without providing any meaningful response. I recently spoke to a Daraz seller who relayed the same frustration.

Worst customer care service provided by daraz, no helpline no email response, no option for direct chat with daraz representatives. This company has become like fraud group which dont care about customers.

I recently placed an order on Daraz.pk, and the delivery service was nothing short of a nightmare. The estimated delivery date came and went, and my order was nowhere to be found.

It happened second time. If you will cancel the order , they will not bother to process it ASAP as per standard and you will get refund after 35 days stat. Choice is yours.

Trying to get help from customer support was an exercise in futility. The live chat feature was unresponsive, and the phone line was constantly busy. When I did manage to get through, the representatives were unhelpful and dismissive, offering no solutions or updates on my order status.

It's clear that Daraz.pk's delivery and customer service are severely lacking, and I would not recommend this platform to anyone seeking a reliable online shopping experience.
