Absolute bunch of thieves

Absolute bunch of thieves, rubbish service, stole nearly 30 thousand rupees from me and make it impossible for you to get anywhere in customer service. They deliberately entrap you and cause problems

Scam and miserable service

Daraz.Pk is getting miserable now a days. Deliveries and Returns time-lines got stuck. On top of that they don't entertain over emails as earlier. all they have is a bot who tells you the irrelevant answers and roams you around and around.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

I ordered a sofa cover from Daraz worth…

I ordered a sofa cover from Daraz worth 4000 rupees and 500 delivery charge but had to returned it because of wrong size and still waiting for my refund to process . It’s in quality check from the 23rd of April.
I have ordered from Daraz before as well and never had any issue but the refund process is very poor.
Would never ever order from Daraz again

I ordered ipod cover of (RS,2089) but I didn't even got the product not even got my refund of money I went to daraz office and after trolling me here and there for 4 months they are saying timeline is end daraz is just scamming people's and have no good policies...

Terrible service and lack of professionalism

I ordered a monitor for my PC on April 13th and was very excited for it to arrive, but it's been 17 days now (today is May 1st). My product is stuck at their logistics facility in the same city as me. I tried talking to their customer support, but all I got from them were excuses and the same copied emails over and over, as if they were actually working on it. Now I can't work because I have no monitor, and I also can't buy a new one because I have already paid Daraz. This is really frustrating. There's no way to send them an email or call them, and we have to deal with their trashy bot or whatever until it gets you an agent. I am actually done with Daraz.

Daraz is protecting its associates

Daraz is protecting its associates. Not helpful to customers issues or problems.
Also faking in many instances.
Daraz is absolutely not taking any interest in its buyer's lossez, difficulties or problems.
Only pathetic reply with (we are sorry for inconvenience)

return policy fraud

after getting damage or missed part product they don't give you refund
though you contact customer service center again n again they do not pay you after one month pass
they only give you stress an anxiety

Unfortunately I order a AC-DC Royal…

Unfortunately I order a AC-DC Royal ceiling fan. When it arrived I call electrician to fix it. He tried to run this fan for three hours and finally told me that Fan is faulty you can initiate Daraz return. I initiate return which after 6 days pickup has been cancelled by itself. Than I re-initiated return this time I select TCS drop facility but when I take the package to TCS shop that guy could not able to trace tracking number in their system. He told me that since morning three coustomer came and same happened with them.

Horrible service

Horrible service. They straight up lie to the customer on chat when there is a delay in delivery to say that it will be delivered today so that they can avoid a cancellation. I am disappointed beyond belief and will be suing them for the mental stress caused.

Moreover, they know that they have a shortage of delivery boys, yet, they make unachievable promises and only disclose after a sale has been made that there will be delays.

I really hope people stop buying from this horrible website until they fix their customer service and commitment and do right by the customer - i am so so so so so disappointed and will not be using them ever again after being a customer for > 3 years.

worst customer service

once you buy and get damaged or want to return product then daraz would not collect it from you. No matter how many times you contact customer service they will keep delaying the collection and refund process

in past they dilver on right time but…

in past they dilver on right time but now they dilver to late and hold parcle in one place with out any reason . i order from 17 march and still its not shipped to me . its still on there warehouse ... and also no call sevice and better help centre
