well done all around
I use it for the workouts only but like to take a peek at all the other stuff they publish - it is very well written and designed. It features information about health overall although sports and nutrition are the main topic. They have a video library showing how to perform each exercise. It remembers how far I've proceeded with their workout plans and it keeps that status for a long time (forever?) without the need for an account. It is completely free and you are not bothered with requests for donations although I would suggest you do!
