Truly a great business for all your SW…
Truly a great business for all your SW table top needs. Competitive prices, instant notifications on when stock is in and quick delivery is enough. But this business has gone beyond in helping me replace some duplicate sprues which is not even their fault. John is a credit to the company and I really have nothing bad to say about my ordering experiences. ALL of my orders will now be with them, even if it means waiting for non stocked items!!

Good price and 1st Class customer service
Good price , delivered within estimate but for me this is only 30% of Customer service because it is how they respond to issues that really counts and sadly for me I had an issue. Opening the shrink wrapped FFG product I had 12 missing miniatures and looking at FFG new replacement process feared the worst(return to retailer for replacement).
Dark Star Games responded by shipping within 1 working day of complaint replacement parts.
That is why my rating is 4 stars.

Reliable orders, nice price.
Ordered a couple of tabletop game sets late on Wednesday (before 3pm) and paid for next day delivery. I got exactly what I asked for. Delivered at 10am thursday. Will definitely be using them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5*
Dark Star Games were recommended by a friend for cheap Star Wars Legion models, and I have to say it’s a solid recommendation! Placed an order on Tuesday and received the models on the Saturday!
I had a mis-pack in one of the sets and emailed later Saturday afternoon. I received a reply at 7:30am Monday with a resolution, which I must say I’m more than happy with.
I even placed a cheeky second order later on the Saturday as one of the sets I wanted was 50% RRP and got a few extra bits. The replacement part is due to come with this order.
I have since forwarded a recommendation and my friend has also ordered.

Won't deliver to the Isle of Wight! You expect to pay a little extra due to the pirates that run our ferry services but just a blanket no despite advertising delivery around the world and to Scottish Islands.

But that is the problem, it's not "a little bit extra", DPD charges £15 to ship to the IoW. A common reply is "well use Royal Mail, that is the same price to the whole of the UK". That is correct, except that Royal Mail gets very expensive very quickly for anything slightly bulky which is basically everything we send, which is why we use DPD for everything. We used to list shipping to IoW, but everyone just kept complaining about the price (charged at cost). Seems we can't win either way.
Best prices and delivery times
Wasn't expecting the item I ordered to be as big and impressive as it is or for it to be delivered a day after ordering at no extra cost! This was my 2nd experience of DarkStarGames and won't be my last!
