I contacted Darlac thinking that I needed a new pair of secateurs. Customer services were so helpful, it transpired that I only needed a small new spring. This was sent free of charge. I then lost this tiny part and Darlac sent another one free of charge again. What a great company. Thank you.

I utilised a couple of National Garden Gift Vouchers to buy my first tool - a lopper, which has a powerful design, which attached to a 5 metre extending pole. It meant that I can now avoid climbing a ladder whilst cutting substantial branches off my fruit trees. I, then, bought another attachment to collect fruit from high branches. Then, for the really thick branches I bought a saw attachment. All very usable and practical

Bought the original several years ago and was very pleased to see that a new head was still available.

Emailed with a problem and got a very prompt and full reply explaining the situation and giving me the Freepost option of returning goods. Could not really have been a quicker or better outcome under the circumstances thanks to 'Chloe' in Customer Services.

Loppers packaging was damaged and it would have been nice if Darlac had emailed to say the item was dispatched. Both products, loppers and secateurs, look good and sturdy but I've not tried them as they are a present, which is a shame about the packaging. Great to see recyclable external packaging including the tape.

Thought Darlac were the best and wasn’t disappointed! Ordered twice (my error) but was reimbursed immediately.

BTW I have been a loyal customer to another Red pair of secateurs. In my option they are a very close equal for ½ the money. I am a professional horticulturist and rely on quality tools for my trade.
