Customer service with these guys us brilliant. I bought my sofa just before they did lots of Black Friday discounts and they kindly refunded some of the price of my sofa when I saw the discounts. Great communication, definitely reccomend!

I needed a chesterfield button…
I needed a chesterfield button replacing as the leather covering had been pulled off. The response from Darlings was no-fuss and quick. Received not only a replacement button but a few spare. The engineer that was assigned was not only skilled but friendly and offered great advice on leather care too

Fantastic sofa, poor communication
We received, in the end, a gorgeous sofa and we are extremely pleased with the quality. It was however, 3 weeks later than what we were first told initially and I had to keep ringing them to find out what was going on, instead of being rung and kept up to date with what was going on.

High quality
High quality , lovely sofa which has been well made. The bed and mattress are of a high quality and a lovely thickness to the mattress.
The company are fantastic and highly recommended. They kept me updated every step of the way. Delivery was smooth and easy with their delivery people showing us how to dismantle the sofa should we need to and how to set the sofa bed up and put it away after.

Great quality comfy sofa
Sofa is great, very comfy and feels like good quality. The delivery was on time and smooth. The showroom in Farnborough is great, lots of choice and so many colour/fabric options. The only negatives were delivery times were long (although it arrived as scheduled).

Superb sofa bed.
The sofa bed is superb. Very easy to unfold and fold again. Very comfortable mattress, which is rare for sofa beds. Also the recommendations I received from Darlings were really helpful, and the delivery was seamless.
