Very Poor customer Service

Eventually got my Conservatory suite 14 weeks after ordering. I chair had to go back as faulty. No communication from them. On my contact with them James Nimmo was very good, but on another ocasion when I contacted them and spoke to his underling Jame his customer service skills were rubbish, not interested in the customer or my complaint and informed me I should not be contacting them. Would never deal with this company agian.

Absolutely crap

Absolutely crap, 3 months iv been waiting for conservatory furniture, when delivery was due, they put delivery back, looking forward to it coming, they just rung to say once again it isn't coming, 3 month for an item to be delivered is an absolute joke, and still waiting, that service is rubbish, beyond a joke, il update this if and when it ever comes

Insect infestation

I bought four pieces of conservatory furniture from Daro Cane via an excellent retailer. Unfortunately the guarantee expired eight months ago and we have just found insect infestation in one of the chairs. I have queried this with Daro and they basically don't want to know, referring to a possible infestation of 'cane beetle' but are unable to be more specific. Apparently it is 'unlikely to be wood cane worm' '...very rarely do we get reports especially after this time' Clearly from their response it is a possibility and 'rarely' infers that they have had reports. I simply wanted to know what the infestation was likely to be and I asked for their recommendations.
In light of their reply and evasiveness, I now wonder how many other people have/are experiencing this attitude and what they have done?

I have absolutely no issue with the retailer or the product overall. The date shown below is inaccurate it should be September 2022
