Like everyone else they have taken my money yet no goods, phone either rings or is engaged, no reply to anything, taking legal action now,
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, BUNCH OF RIP OFF ARTISTS

My order finally came last week, still no response from them but had gone to my bank to claim my money back, obviously didn't like that, that's why we received our order, meant to be 12% hydrogen peroxide but don't think it is even 1% . This company is an absolute disgrace and they should be looked into, really surprised that they have been trading for as long as they have

My earlier review said,

The goods did eventually turn up but very late indeed, hence my initial review. My advice however is still to avoid the company as there was no notification of any delay and communication with them iseems impossible.

Took payment, No goods. No contact, they aren't at their premises, available on the phone or by email or their contact form. They've either gone bust or are a scam - but I'm going with scam because the darrant group of websites are all up and running just fine and their payment gateways are open for business even if they're not.

Waiting for PayPal buyer protection to kick in and get my money back. Don't use darrant chemicals.

-EDIT UPDATE: Weeks later after my Paypal dispute was ongoing I received the Chemicals, Hurray! Shame I had already ordered from someone else because I needed them for work. So they aren't a complete scam but best avoided.

I ordered on the 12/10/18 no delivery have not answered or replied to email so today I rang a unit on same business estate few doors up its been unoccupied since January landlord is clearing out stuff for new tenants DO NOT BUY FROM DARRANT CHEMICALS Google Darren martin Smith ceo 5 out of nine company's have closed

like others wish i'd looked at this website before ordering. ordered at 1030 -webistes states the goods should have arrive the next day - that was 2 weeks ago!! no response to emails and phone just rings and rings.

DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They take your money and then fail to deliver the goods. They don't respond to emails and they don't answer their phone.

Placed order on 31st August 2018 was told due to a in-house audit goods will be delivered by 16-18th September 2018.

Goods failed to arrive so I tried calling them on several occasions but no answer.
I decided to sent a message through their online Web form again they failed to send a reply.

I continued trying to contact them but no one was picking up the phone or replying online.

Luckily I paid them by debit card so I contacted my bank who managed to get a refund.

Ive dealt with this company twice. First time delivery took a LONG time. I thought they'd gone bust because there was no response on phone or facebook.
Second time, the chemicals arrived quickly, but I am NOT happy with the Isopropanol I got, I swear it has water in it. Not a happy camper.

Nothing received.

Wish I’d thought to look here first! I’m going to leave a Google review too in the hope it appears on the search engine with the website to prevent people wasting their money.

I wish I’d read this before placing an order with them. Happy to take your money upfront then tell you to F off when you chase up the order after six weeks. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

It's a shame that you have to select one star here to actually add a review. Personally I would give zero stars - 1 star is too generous. I ordered, never received, called, wrote, threatened and then finally went to PayPal who refunded me. That's all fine but I desperately needed some acid for a brickwork job and it was several weeks before I saw my money again.

My guess is that they are run at a loss just to launder money. What's the point otherwise? Strange company

Do not deal with these. Luckily I only made a small order to start. They took my money and sent me nothing. The ceo is drug dealer and a police informer so he is protected by the law..

I should have read the reviews! Ordered 20 litres of distilled water for making colloidal silver. I checked this water with my TDS meter and it had a reading of 286 ppm! It should be zero! My tap water is similar so i guess that is all it is! What a rip off and i guess thats it - I've lost my money. DO NOT order from this company!

Email about problem ignored so i telephoned them. Really not interested in listening to me, said i didnt know what i was talking about, if it said Distilled water on the label then it was, said my TDS meter was wrong, laughed when i told him about my CS making kit and how brew went into thick cloudy mess immediately, said i would have to send back at my expense and they would check the contents of the bottles and if i was right they would refund me. Then said Im not carrying on with this idiot conversation and hung up! Off now to inform PayPal! Wish me luck!

Terrible business to deal with, to be honest, it can't even be considered as a business. Darren is a joke of a person running it. Ordered goods in November and didn't deliver until 5 months later after threatening court action. Then delivered the goods out of the blue even though we had asked for a refund. When contacted said he wouldn't take the goods back and would charge a restocking fee. Avoid at all costs........

Convincing looking web site and easy to order with money being taken; order status does update but they don't bother to send you anything. Not sure if they're just absolutely terrible / lazy or if it's a deliberate scam.

Ended up reporting to the police and requesting chargeback through the bank.

Unlike others from reviews (that I should have read before ordering!) I did eventually get the items but not until the police and bank were involved.

I'd recommend giving a miss or you'll likely just lose your money.

Took my money but didn't deliver any goods. No response when trying to find out. A total scam and should be handed over to the police.

Same story. Took money via website, but no sign of goods two weeks later. No answers to email or phone. Probably £50 down the drain.

Update: to be fair, the goods did eventually turn up some weeks later, but no communication at any point. Won't be using them again.
