I work close by and the company has been closed for a couple of months at least. There’s nobody there anymore and the premises are up with a letting agent.

avoid , took payment , never supplied the goods . didnt respond to emails or telephone calls got a refund from the credit card co

I have had 2 previous orders which arrived without issue, Ordered acetone & IPA 2nd March & no delivery. I have opened a case with paypal to get my money back. Again no response to emails either.

From my experience i would avoid placing any order with them. Waste of time and money, order never received and totally non responsive to any attempt to contact. Lucky for me i used paypal and got a refund.

Purchased £150 of product. Initially advised of delay due to no bottle caps. 6 months later and numerous unanswered calls and emails. Still no delivery. Received refund from Credit Card company. This company should be shut down. Nothing but a scam.

Three weeks and no delivery or attempted delivery. 'Phone is either engaged or not answered. E-mails not answered. I have started a dispute with Paypal which I paid with, luckily.

Put in a small order (£21:55p total) online, not delivered, wouldn't answer phone or emails or letter (Royal Mail) trying to cancel, and indeed they did not refund my credit card. Barclaycard took little convincing to refund me.

Terrible! Just like others, no delivery, no response.

Like everyone else - Over a week since order - No delivery - Phone just rings out - No reply to emails

Best avoided, incredibly slow dispatch time and even then only when you enquire as to where your order is when nothing arrives (almost as if actual delivery is an optional extra!)
No response to queries/emails. There are plenty of other good suppliers out there so that is where my business is going for the next order.

This company must be a SCAM. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have sent several emails to chase delivery. This company has not responded in any way. After reading previous feedback it seems that I am wasting my time waiting for my order so I am now arranging a refund.
I used Paypal for payment who have now refunded me in full. Still no response from the company.

Initial review (9th Feb): Placed order two weeks ago but still haven't received goods. Sent multiple emails but no response. Phone number permanently engaged. Avoid!

UPDATE (12th Feb): Order finally arrived this afternoon. Updated rating from one to two stars as still it took two weeks from initial order of "in stock" items order to arrive, and no response to my emails.

No products three weeks after ordering.

Uncontactable. Had to open a paypal claim.

Do not use this company. I've paid for Acetone which has not been sent. They refuse to answer phone or reply to emails.

Complete and utter rip off company, wish I had looked on google street view first because the no named building and rubbish strewn yard filled with dirty half used product containers would have told me everything I needed to know.

No stars would be a better rating.

Just like the others - 2weeks no goods no response to emails can't get them on phone yet they have my money. Think I will try charge back if I don't get response.

Ordered vg for vaping. Really poor quality and made me cough like a smoker! Delivery wasn't a problem like others report, but I think those who have not received their goods. They are saved!

TRIED TO ORDER AGAIN TO TEST IF IT WAS JUST A ONE OFF, BUT IT SEEMS NOW THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND DONT ANSWER EMAILS OR THE PHONE.

IF YOU HAVE SAME PROBLEM AS ANY ONE ELSE JUST DO A CHARGE BACK.

DONT WAIT A MONTH OR A WEEK AFTER DELIVERY TIME. NOT WORTH IT YOUR WITH IN YOUR WRITES TO CHARGE BACK THERE BANK ACCOUNT.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Delivery cost expensive, took ages to arrive, they'd sent the wrong product and have refused to reply to any emails.
