Was pleased with the car insurance I…
Was pleased with the car insurance I took out with you in January so looked to get a quote for my wife's upcoming renewal (with a competitor).
Your web site made it VERY confusing and difficult to get a quote so I gave up.
Also, unlike others, there is no incentive to add additional vehicles within the same address/family
I guess we'll just stay where we are.
UPDATE.
Clearly not bothered or need the business!

It was easy to buy my car insurance policy. The proof of the pudding will be if and when I need to access information online or if I need tor make a claim how Darwin deals with it and me. Until that I can't say how good Darwin really is.
