Amazing product worked as pictured

Mochi arrived in perfect condition and still works to this day (several months later!)

I think it’s super cute and I love the different faces it makes and how there is a variety of helmets. However I dislike how cheap the glue/sticky part where you actually stick it to the car. In California we have hot summers and so the glue melted thus leaving glue marks on my car and mochi just fell over. Final dislike would be that they don’t really mention that the cord would show a lot/ it doesn’t show it even comes with a cord (on the pictures) that has to constantly be connected in order to power the mochi.

The true Japanese experience and also the product was faulty at first but got replaced immediately! Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Terrible. Ordered the Tokyo x Mochi and never got it. We're way past the time frame Dasai has given publicly, and privately. Highly unacceptable and there has been zero communication about whats going on. It feels like a scam.

Never sent the product, Constant lies for 1.5 months until I finally got a refund, 2 years later I checked other reviews to see if they have improved. They have not

Same review as a few others on here! Ordered 1st of may, many emails promising it has been sent, then checking why delayed but has been sent, to looking into delayed orders! Shipping estimate just keeps getting extended with no real answers! Do not bother ordering as you will likely never receive this!!!

I’ve purchased items from Dasai since early beginnings. I pride myself on that, specially because Remy has always been available for us when needing help with an order or pretty much anything.

Regarding the items, I won’t lie and say they were perfect at the beginning but now? They are near perfect. You can see the detail put into each item, the way Dasai has had to evolve them to adapt to us in the automotive scene. The same could be said about shipping times: before, it could take months for an order to arrive and nowadays it can take less than a week (depending if it’s in stock, a limited item, etc).

If I were to resume my experience with Dasai I would say they are a company that listens to their clients. So, I’ll keep purchasing stuff every time they release stuff.

I think the dasai mochi is great and it is good company when you are driving I would like to see some innovations done I notice that the board has room to put in a mic and also a motion detector so everytime you gas it or stop the mochi will respond and everytime it hears noises it can react making the mochi more interactive will increase sales and I think advertising wise adding a transformer type besides Gunnam. You can make multiple helmets to Include pokeman transformer helmets and political figures the helmets are the key to interaction between mochi and the person who owns the mochi
