They did a great job converting my book. Everything converted very well, the different fonts, indentions, quotes from resources, everything. They worked closely with me to see that it came out well, and answered questions along the way. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Better communication
There was no friction, but we felt like the communication should've been better. It took us a year to clean up from the conversion. Primarily, we didn't understand the questions we should ask.

My book includes lyrics, images, and captioning.
My book includes lyrics, poetry, images and captions that require special formatting to appear properly in various electronic media. DCL does it better than any other vendor I have ever had the pleasure of using. Some publishing outlets offer to convert your pdf files for free, but nothing I saw from them was acceptable. Others, that charge for their conversion services, say they cannot maintain the formatting I require for lyrics, poetry and captioning -- and that makes them all non-starters.
