Ivan from customer support is exceptional; he resolves any issue I encounter. I would be willing to pay five times the cost of the software if I needed to hire someone with expertise in the field of feeds. Essentially, I’m getting the software for free thanks to his support.

I have had to deal with many different customer supports in my line of work and I absolutely love the DFW support. They are always very helpful with all my requests. Also, I love the feature where support cases are stored as messages so I can always look back and close the window without the entire conversation dissapearing.

A really nice and flexible feed management tool.
The support is also very helpful when assistance is needed. We use it for our online store Toyacademy.de

Support connected within a minute, i spoke to Andy who was of course very knowledgeable and sorted the issue quickly, but was nice too.

The support crew is their weight worth in gold, even if you could get the functionalities of DFW other places, the support is what makes it special - this time I got help from Tetiana to quickly resolve an issue for a client, but even more complicated issues are effectively resolved every time - I've literally never experienced an issue they couldn't fix!

Huge thanks to Ivan for the amazing support! He was super helpful in tracking down issues in a very complex rule about assigning IDs to specific custom labels. Honestly, his help was priceless.

Great platform for managing and updating multiple product feeds across many platforms, countries. Fast, responsive, easy to use. Give it shot it you're looking for something that can make manging feeds a walk in the park.
