Used DFW for 3 years now. So happy with the DFW! The stuff can be very confusing when you work with big feeds, but their chat support is really helpful and they respond really fast.

I received quick and detailed assistance with quite a complex technical issue, all with a friendly approach.

A simple and straightforward feed management tool. The strenght-points (beside the very competative pricing!) are:
- easy to understand and use
- continual growth and development
- the best support in the world: firendly insanly competent and very (!) quick rection time.

I have been working with the DataFeedWatch platform for many years now and we have a number of feeds with them. Their support team are always on hand to assist with any issue and are always helpful, polite and professional, first rate.

Ivan gave me great service and no matter who you encounter at Datafeedwatch, they always provide the help we need. It's one of the most amazing features of the product, so I was a bit sad today to see you introduced we need to talk with a bot first. I didn't like it and will recommend getting rid of it again.

The whole DFW team is always awesome. Their support department is so responsive, and always quick to resolve any issues I have. They are also experts with their product - I can describe a hang up I'm having, and they offer great solutions. Optimizing feeds is great with DFW.

I've been using DFW for several years as a self employeed consultant, when I recently decided to move in house at a company for at part time position, I was so happy to see the agency transferred a DFW account. I've used several feed tools and DFW is by far the easiest to use, most customizable and the support is always swift and it's the same people I've been chatting with for the past 5 years. They are super friendly.
I used to hire freelancers to help with regex, but even that, the support can help with to make some more advanced adjustments to the feeds.

Very helpful! Andy explained the steps to solve my feed issue within Data Feed and he edited the feed with a script so that I wouldn't need to apply the fix in Data Feed.

Andy was very patient and helpful. The service took a while to start but it wasn't a serious problem.
