A dating site with low membership and many, many scammer profiles. Customer support lets them continue to operate even after reporting them with evidence of scam activity. Stay away from this site. Also, account cancellation is not shown anywhere so you have to contact customer support before that option is made visible, then have to fill in a form.

You cant even READ mesaages without payong for VIP. Id rather become celibate than support such predatory behavior.

Yet another con artist who is seeking to make money of the backs of those with emotional injuries that make them seek out dating websites in the first place. Enjoy the conning while it lasts, but the consequences you are very likely not going to enjoy. If you can't create a dating website that has free use of messages without paying, then what have you got?

Absolute swamp of catfish and no gamers

Either the women on the website have never taken an English class and coincidentally, only have 1 photo that's terribly pixelated (not original) or the majority of females are catfish (likely the latter).

Not only that but there are barely any gamers females that actually use the website. Prices are high, automatic messaging is crap and fake and the algorithms to show you "compatibility" doesn't work.

Go back to tinder or just meeting new people.

This site advertises itself as a free service with the option to 'upgrade' to a premium membership. Unfortunately the premium membership is the only way to even chat with other people on the site. Which completely removes to entire purpose of the site in the first place. Basic functions like chatting with people should not need to be paid for. For goodness sake pretty much all social media platforms have a free messaging system. If the premium membership had bonuses like more targeted profile matching then I'd consider it, but having to pay to even talk to people is unacceptable.

Sadly Dateplayertwo is just one more scam dating site. I joined and before I'd even posted a photo, or wrote any text I was getting so many messages from extremely attractive women who claimed they loved my profile and that we should text and message. Really! I wonder what was so enticing about my completely blank profile! Just to test the waters I read several of the obviously bot generated, near identical messages and saw that you have to pay to reply, which wasn't a surprise. Something needs to be done about this ever growing scamming industry disguised as dating sites.

I wish i knew this sooner that this app was a scam, but i gave in thought and i gave it a chance which i now highly regret. Don't waste your time or money on this.

This is a massive scam, They want to charge you for basic site functionality and most of the profiles look like bots at the very best. Customer support gives canned answers and honestly its 30$ per month for what? You have a better chance of meeting someone at your local game store than this site being useful, it should be shut down but unfortunately what they are doing isn't illegal, its just a scam and immoral

Would give zero stars if i could, absolute scam, site is full of bots, they're too lazy to get a different image for every fake profile, you can see the same person with 10+ profiles.
The site should be taken down.

SCAM. Do not fall for it. They will steal your money and you won't speak to one real person. The people behind this company should roll up in a corner and rot. Shame on them. Bots, BS conversation, BS profiles, you name it; this scabby excuse for a company uses it to fraudulently earn more money. I wonder if the company is legally liable for false advertising and deceptive and fraudulent business practices...
I repeat: DO NO FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS. They are shameless, terrible people that should return any money they've taken from users.

Scam.

They make it as hard as possible to unsubscribe, unsubscribing means submitting a ticket and asking to be removed. Later they told me they've done that, but they charge me for the next month anyway. I'm thinking of legal action.

Unfortunately can't give Zero stars. You literally can't read a message without making payment. I understand how paywalls work but to have such a basic feature locked behind one isn't going to get people to sign up, but rather use another dating app and simply add Gaming to their interests hashtags.

the messages you get are definitely bots just today i got message but using the same picture for the profile as someone else so im going to say this is totally a scam

I tried to delete my account multiple times but I couldn’t find the option to delete it. Fortunately I never linked my Card info with the account so they can’t charge me for their membership fee

Avoid, everything is behind pay wall. You have a better chance joining a gaming group on discord and finding a date without paying a red cent lol.

Tried signing up for this site and it did not do any of the VIP paid version because there should be an option to communicate with people without paying. Usually the more expensive version of a dating app gets you some perks but clearly it seems like you have to pay no matter what to to view likes or see any messages which is completely pointless and screams SCAM to me. Only wanted to try it because I saw the ads and, although not a gamer, I am a nerd & other nerdy dating sites have burned me in the past. Those were by the users not by the site. So I guess I am back to lack of trusting dating sites again.

It's the biggest waste of money... say away for this site

Happen to see several ads for it on YouTube. Decided to hop on it and see what was up. Ended up finding that you can't even message anyone without getting VIP. Definitely not worth it at all. Just a big waste of time and money.

Scam, avoid at all costs

I've gotten messages every day but the only ones I can see are clearly bots. The ones from real people I have to pay for. That's just weird to me. Why are they sending or allowing only fake messages? Huhhh!?!?!?!. If half the messages they let me preview were actually real, I'd consider paying to see the others but it's a huge scam.
