Elena has been managing our properties since we moved to David Astburys and has made the communication between tenant and landlord easier. She has been amazing and a pleasure to deal with, along with all the rest of the team Khan, Josh and everyone else.

I bought a flat with David Astbury Islington. George Greeves showed me around and was excellent from start to finish. He was always available to help and answer the many questions I had and provided a great link between me, the buyer and the vendors helping to facilitate the process. March Reefe was also on hand and great when George was unavailable. So I highly recommend the sales team at David Astbury for both their friendliness and professionalism.. I give 10 out of 10!

Dealing with Maria was a smooth and easy process

David Astbury’s and in particular Elena Kyriacou, our Property Manager, are an outstanding company to work with. We were with David Astbury’s for 7 years until the recent sale of our property.

Elena provides excellent customer service to both property owners and tenants alike. Nothing is ever too much trouble and we count ourselves lucky to have had her as our Property Manager.

Maria from David Astburys has been an outstanding property manager. Highly recommended!

Selda who is my property manager and Nik who is one of the directors are great people Nik always goes out him way to support me when me need support they are patient kind very mannersable and
understanding even when I'm not in a good mood they both are lovely people .
The whole team are patient and friendly wherever i have spoken to any of them.
If you have a property to rent I would recommend them they care about your property and you.

They are ignorant or don't care about health and safety, and building regulations. Very worrying

Selda Mehmet has been so incredibly helpful from the beginning and is so lovely to communicate with. Even with stressful situations she’s always been patient and supportive.

Currently living in a property. Noted a non-functioning appliance and emailed property management, we received a quick response and they sorted all logistics effectively, the issue was investigated by an engineer on the same day, with the problem solved (in this case requiring replacement of the appliance with a newer model) within 48 hours. Thanks!
