Return fee was $240 😳
Unfortunately dress didn’t work out and when wanted to ship it back from the US to UK I was asked to pay $240 which is insane! I would expect from a company that big to let consumers know prior to buying that return shipment from the US will coast a Lot of money.

We are surprised you are being quoted so much money to return , it seems as if you are trying a very expensive courier service.
All returns from the US , as detailed on our website and on the paperwork you received with your goods , should be sent back by regular US postal service , USPS and not by courier.
This service is reliable and the cheapest option.
You may still want to double check this.
