Excellent service, thanks Mimi
DGR is an excellent company and provide a top top service. Absolutely delighted to have access to this kind of service (both online and in person at their top class facility) in Ireland.
I did rehab for Achilles tendinopathy & ACL with Mimi, online initially (from Australia) before visiting the local track and gym facility twice. I am delighted with the quality of the rehab; Mimi’s attentiveness and intuition, and ability to identify issues and to amend and update the plan as necessary was first class. Going with DGR is not only getting a good plan with access to a world class coach, it’s also getting a grounding in what’s needed to maintain fitness and long term health from a sports/health & fitness perspective. 5 stars ⭐️
Using in it with my patients!
Really good program, which is clear to understand what we are doing in each phase. Now I am using it whit my patients also, sometimes I choose just one phase for them or each exercise. Trulily recommend it for physics to get bigger workshop and ideas to work with patients and also for patient.
Mimi did a great job in helping get…
Mimi did a great job in helping get back to my sport after suffering a hip labral tear. With consistent rehab guidance from Mimi, I was able to finally get back to running and biking again without resorting to surgery. Highly recommend!
Most Effective Rehab Solutions You Can Find
Every penny you invest in David Grey Rehab will return $100. Whenever you decide to invest in rehab with him is equivalent to investing in Apple in the 80's.
I struggled for years with a backlog of poorly rehabbed breaks, sprains, surgeries, and nerves issues plus two decades of major repetitive stress and strain from house painting. I kept going because I had to, until I couldn't. I saw multiple PT's and coaches who helped some, but they had weak and incomplete toolkits which led to me doing self study to solve my situation.
In that study I came across David Grey and for the first time I quickly got resolution to my issues. He is a passionate teacher and has the complete toolkit for rehab (I'm a tradesman, I know a good toolkit). His program's structures are easy to follow, logical, and effective. I have purchased and completed each of his programs, and my mobility, strength, and coordination consistently increased as I progressed through each program's phases.
The benefit's I have received are:
Hip stopped popping and clicking
Knee is tracking properly
Adductor and hamstring pain are gone
My painter's shoulder is smooth free and balanced and can paint for an 8 hour day with no pain
I can single leg balance indefinitely
I can squat without a hip shift
I need significantly less mobility work to return to balance
Most importantly, I have full confidence my body is moving the way it is supposed to and don't think about my old shit anymore.
The Hip and Foot programs are #1 and #1 and should be done together in my opinion. You do those together and your life will change, 100%. Then layer on the rest and consistently watch your life get better. Stop waiting, start recovering.
I’ve been working with Mimi since…
I’ve been working with Mimi since August 2024 for chronic dysfunction from a bilateral shoulder dislocation. She’s been a great listener and teacher and has helped me restore function and confidence in my movement. Highly recommend!
Can’t recommend this program enough
Can’t recommend this program enough, I had not hooped without pain for over 1.5 years. I am on phase 4 of the program and have started playing again pain free. I tried multiple physios and tried to do my own research which only got me so far. Finally bit the bullet and bought it, have not looked back
From Shin splints to Marathon
I would like to recommend this Foot, Ankle & Achilles program, because it helped me fulfill my dream of running a marathon. Due to overtraining, I developed shin splints, but thanks to David and his program, I was able to run pain-free within a month and a half. Simply amazing. The program is clear, well-structured, and makes sense. I highly recommend it.
NEW YORK WORKSHOP
I attended the New York workshop, crossing the Mediterranean and the ocean all the way from Ibiza and it was absolutely worth it. David is incredible: charismatic, professional, and packed with knowledge. You never get bored with him! What really stood out is how smart he is something that, unfortunately, isn’t so common in today’s fitness and rehab world.
Since the workshop, I feel much more confident working with clients and I’m seeing amazing results, especially with ankle and knee cases.
Huge thanks to David, Ciara, and Mimi, you guys are next level! 🙌
Excellent instruction
Excellent instruction. Excellent videos. I really see results from the hip program and love the hip activation exercises. I do those 11 before every workout now to make my left glute work!
A True Masterclass for Lower Limb Biomechanics, Rehab & Performance
I attended the Lower Limb Biomechanics, Rehabilitation & Performance workshop in NYC on April 5th, 2025, and the value packed into this experience was truly next level.
From the start, David set the tone: check your ego at the door. This created a space where everyone felt comfortable, curious, and open minded.
He consistently reminded us to keep things simple, offering clear and actionable frameworks to navigate even the most complex rehab scenarios.
As a physiotherapist, this work can be tough, but spending time with like minded professionals who are pushing the field forward left me feeling inspired and recharged.
If you ever get the chance to attend a workshop, don’t think twice, you won’t regret it.
Lastly, huge shoutout to the rest of the DGR team for helping everything run smoothly and efficiently.
success story about LBB1
And here is my success story about David Grey Rehab: After a Cartilage damage (knee) diagnosis in December i (48 years of age) am completely pain-free now. Thanks to LBB1!! strengthening the back chain (glutes/hamstrings)
was the key. Did too much quadriceps (squats) before. Hope that i can return to the mats to practice BJJ again soon. UBB program was dope as well for my tight shoulder and neck issues caused by high pressure from martial arts.
Lower body basic program for total beginner
I wanted to share a review as a non professional user. I’m a mam of two young kids who has exercised inconsistently over the years, hindered by knee pain that I hadn’t been able to fix with yoga, pilates or strength training because everything aggravated it.
I came across the videos online and tried a few of the tips and already got some great relief from them.
The LBB program is not only accessible to a non pro it is deliberately focused and simple really letting you focus on principals that can be applied right away. That’s not to say that it’s easy or superficial at all. It’s quite intense but in a controlled way.
And the price is unbeatable for what you get. I’m enjoying pain free moving in and out of the floor, playing with my kids, walking uphill with my babies in my arms with no pain and no bucking of the knee. These are the real gifts of the program is that it actually works and quickly.
Best workshop!
I attended the lower body workshop this past weekend with David and the DGR team. I was excited going in, and the class far exceeded my expectations. David is a phenomenal teacher and communicator and makes complex information easy to understand and easy to implement in the clinic immediately.
Ciara and Mimi were also wonderful - the whole team was kind, welcoming, and willing to answer any questions! I wouldn't hesitate attending another workshop in the future to keep learning and improving as a PT.
It was a great weekend with THE DGR…
It was a great weekend with THE DGR TEAM . David takes complex info and makes it simple to understand. He teaches his system as well as great tips on being a better Coach and communicator . Being in Miami there is many sporting options and I have several golfers , PADEL PLAYERS , TENNIS etc so I see a good amount of ISSUES . I saw 12 clients today and started implementing his protocol !! I look forward to the next US workshop !!!
DGR Lower Limb Workshop NYC
I attended the DGR Lower Limb Biomechanics Rehabilitation and Performance Workshop in NYC over the weekend of 5 April. With David guiding us through the processes and logic behind DGR and coaching better movement, his workshop exceeded my expectation in every way. While the DGR online programs are a great resource, if you have a chance to learn DGR methods in person, do it.
The best!!
The weekend workshop with David and his team was easily the best continuing education experience of my career! David has a gift for making complex things simple and intuitive, and communicates without unnecessary jargon or dogma. Not only that, he is a genuine person and humble teacher. This authenticity was reflected in the attendees as well—so many incredible professionals to connect with and learn from. I have to say Ciara and Mimi couldn't have been kinder or more welcoming either! I'm already looking forward to attending again in the future.
Drop the shin
I recently attended the lower body biomechanics workshop in NYC and it was everything I hoped it would be. David, Mimi, and Ciara were all so kind and humble. The information was obviously top notch, but to see how he coaches and organizes rehab and training was invaluable. Worth every penny even (and maybe even especially) if you’re already a member of DGRI. Can’t wait for them to come back to the US for the next one!
High value humans teaching high value content
David set the behavioral boundaries and expectations for the course immediately, creating a nonjudgmental environment for learning right from the start. This allowed the participants to stay relaxed, curious, and engaged throughout the entire weekend.
The course utilizes tons of videos to show both efficient versions of exercises as well as strategies of compensation that we might see. The course also goes through ways to simplify the critical thinking process, as well as what to do about what you find.
I absolutely love this course and would take it again. There’s so much value in it.
Back at 100% and pain free!
The Program helped me to be back at 100% in Training again. Very good excercises!!
Went to David with severe patellar…
Went to David with severe patellar tendinitis which had prevented me from playing football for Kildare in the championship.
I had seen many “specialists” and had received 3 cortisone injections over the previous 18 months. I even saw a surgeon who recommended surgery as my best option to avoid rupturing the tendon.
When I met with David I could barely do a bodyweight squat and I genuinely feared that I’d never get to play pain free ever again. I was almost skeptical on the drive to Waterford thinking that I was just going to be told I had tight hips and glutes which was causing my pain.
David was top class from the get go. I did a consultation and he then sent on a plan to follow for the next 8 weeks. I then went back for a follow up and I couldn’t believe my progress. I still had a long way to go but for the first time in 3 years I was actually doing certain exercises pain free.
David then gave a follow up program and a plan for return to running & play. This got me through my club championship and I went back to him in my off season to sort my issue once and for all.
Fast forward 6 months and I am back playing football completely pain free, I completed a Hyrox last weekend and just ran the Dublin City half marathon which would have sounded like a deluded dream 12 months ago when I was suffering with tendinitis.
If you want to get your body sorted once and for all, no matter what your injury is, David is your man 🤝
