Great space! Clean, roomy, well-equipped, and convenient. The reception and check-in process was friendly and efficient. Just a few blocks off 65 with easy & immediate access to many restaurants/activities. No hassle booking process, including searching for sites/availability/rates. Will use it in the future when the need arises.

Confirm before you book
I know it was last minute booking but many things went wrong. I booked Friday afternoon for a Conference room in Silver springs. Confirmed and sent out info to my team. 30 minutes later it was cancelled. I booked again at another building, they said was available- found out was not available on Monday, had to grab a third location and the price went 4 x's higher but I had no choice. The third room was not big enough for 14. Nothing was ready for us. Was given a HDMI cord that did not work. I had a terrible experience. I will say the staff at Davinci was nice however I felt very dissatisfied with the process.

Noise and lighting
The front desk person was amazing. Incredibly lovely and kind. I really felt like she was focused on ensuring I had a positive experience, which is awesome.
I only needed the space for 2 hours for a presentation I was making. The office they put me in was fine, until about ten minutes in when there was this very distracting pounding noise. Not sure if it was because the office was adjacent to the lunch room/coffee bar? But it was very very loud and happened through my entire two hours there. Second, I shut the door of the office because I was going to conduct my presentation over Zoom and about 15 minutes into my presentation, the lights went out in the office. I guessed they were motion sensitive, so I waved my arms, but no light came back on. I was in the middle of my presentation so I just continued, but it was not a great experience, it was distracting, and it made me look silly on this presentation I was doing for new business - in the dark. I looked at any and all signage on my way out and there was nothing about the lights could turn off, or this is how to turn them back on if the sensor goes off.
