Traveling, Short Notice Meeting Need
I was traveling and had a short notice need to be able to facilitate a twenty party Teams meeting. Davinci was able to locate a private office for me for a couple of hours. This was a great option for me and I will certainly look to them in the future.

Zero flexibility or accommodation
We needed to move our meeting time. We were met with zero flexibility, reasonableness or accommodation. We were charged full price with no credit or refund. We will not be using your services again.

We do have quite a bit of flexibility on making changes or cancelling your reservation ahead of your booking. However, when it is short notice that does change. I know Celestia has reached out to you about this and explained the policy as well. With only a couple hours notice, we unfortunately were not able to accommodate your request. Perfect Short Term Space!
I had to take my dog to a specialy vet an hour from home and wanted to stay close to the vet and still be able to work. I googled "office space by the hour" and found Davinci Meeting Rooms in Richmond, VA. It was perfect for me! It was easy to schedule online, reasonably priced and the staff was awesome. I have been sharing my experience with everyone as it was so nice to be able to work while waiting on my pup.

I had a last-minute request for a reservation that would last after hours, and Angela was absolutely wonderful in getting in touch with the location to confirm an after-hours reservation - all while keeping me updated and getting all of the information I need. I rented a small meeting room to meet with a client in Lawrenceville, GA. It was a beautiful facility, the staff was helpful and kind, and the online booking worked easily. I immediately investigated booking in a different location for a client south of Atlanta.

they quoted me a price and 2 minutes later when i booked the room the charged me a higher price.
we were not able to get wifi in the room and the employee at the site could not help us
