We were not aware that we had to book online through DavinciMeetingRooms.com. Our office is also part of Regus, so we booked with Regus who made it very easy and was also HALF the price of the Davinci fee. Then we were told that our credit card "would not go through," and kept getting ugly notes about being turned over to "collections" when in fact since we did not book online, there was no credit card even on our "Davinci Meetings" account since we did not even know about the "Davinci Meetings" website and never had an account. Very confusing, poor customer service, and we did not feel like our business and relationship is valued.

I had two different reservations, two different days at two different locations. Day 1 in Miami Lakes was great. Nice building, great meeting space. Front reception was great, positive and very helpful.
Second location was not as positive (Pembroke Pines) The meeting space was ok but the front reception was less than friendly and not very helpful.

The meeting space was clean and tidy. The facility offered coffee from a purchase machine. The TV was easy to connect to w/ the supplied HDMI cable which was adequate in length to allow me to use it while seated at the conf. table.
If I had just 1 suggestion of improvement, I was not terribly enamored with the main facility entrance method. It consisted of a young man at the front desk who repeatedly yelled "IT'S OPEN" to each guest that arrived at the facility front door. ( This may have been completely out of his control.) I'm not sure how the main door, electronic lock system works, but NOT being able to see him thru the door when I approached and only getting to hear him yell, was a little off-putting. It's possible there's a better way.?

Location; Room Setup, Functionality, and Decor; Available Amenities - Dishes, Coffee, Refrigerator, and Dishwasher.
Receptionist - Professional, Welcoming, Helpful, and Personable.

The rep I spoke with (Gypsy) was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She made it very easy to create the reservations for multiple rooms across multiple days. A real pleasure to work with.

Following receipt of two separate emails indicating booking approval and providing arrival instructions, I thought arrangements were complete. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the location, I was informed by the receptionist that they had not received the booking and that no preparations had been made for our arrival.

When I booked a meeting room through DaVinci their website refreshed and defaulted the reservation settings back to today's date causing me to book the reservation for the same day in error. I went to move the reservation and they charged me a duplicate fee of $252 for a new reservation on a different date. When I called up their customer support to refund the duplicate charge I was told that since I was the one booking the reservation there is nothing they would do and would not refund the duplicate payment.

We do have a 48 business hour policy when it comes to making changes, however; if we had received the call same day, we would have been able to waive the fee and work with you. We are unable to do so after the reservation has concluded, as that is when we are invoiced for the services by the location. If ever a booking is accidentally submitted for the wrong date, I recommend giving us a call so that we may assist you in real time and ensure everything is handled before the booking takes place. The image below is the outgoing call log from my cellphone. I share this because you’ll note the call placed to DaVinci meeting rooms on the day that the original booking was made. Unfortunately I neither transcribed the call nor remember the name of the person to whom I spoke but I can represent that the content of the call was me being aware of your near term cancelation policies and having recognized the original mistake I was calling your staff to confirm that I was not going to be duplicate billed for the reservation once moved. The individual whom I spoke to on the 24th reassured me that I would not be double-billed so you can imagine my surprise (and see the subsequent inquiry call on the 30th) when I saw the duplicate transaction.
I’m sure you can empathize with my frustration with your organization when I anticipated/executed the steps that you outlined as preventative to this issue and the outcome has been the same.
