Executive conference room for meeting…
Executive conference room for meeting was clean, stocked, complimentary coffee/water and provided equipment as needed. (Large monitor, connections, ample plugs for chargers) Lacked speakers for virtual meetings. Location, parking and front desk staff were outstanding.

Cost is an issue as charged more than quote. The location is great
There was no one on reception.
I had to ring to get agreement to enter the room as had no idea which one it was.
The booking fee stated online was $54 with GST NZ. I was charged $99 and incurred bank fees at that was obviously American dollars.
I won't be using you again as it is almost double the price I was quoted and agreed to.
Everything in the conference room had seen better days.
However the location is great.

Nice room but check the tech first.
The room was comfortable and had the whiteboard and flip chart requested. The TV/tech did not function properly, we couldn't project to it without using an HDMI cable, and the screen had blown lights in it so two of the 4 quarters of the screen were largely unreadable.

Davinci so far so good - but the shared office space was a joke. It was provided by Regus..
Forget about the shared office space - its just a desk in between the reception and kitchen. Mega noisy, employees of Regus come and eat there - so how to work? Terrible experience!!!

Location was great for us
Location was great for us, loved the space and amenities. The room was quiet and fit our sometimes rowdy team. Loved seeing the other spaces with so many windows. So many options for lunch was just a plus for us.

I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. I started out with a responsive contact, but didn't realize she was not fully integrated with the on- site team. We required a phone to conduct our business call, which was our entire reason for the rental of the space. We ordered the phone as part of our package only to learn on site day of that the facility had not had phones for quite some time and made no attempt to help. The room was 78 degrees and never cooled. We booked for 7 people and though told that was capacity, it probably should have been 4 or 5 comfortably. So now we have 7 people in a hot room without the AV equipment we ordered. What a waste of money. And when I went back to the company on getting a refund, we'll crickets. Would never use them again.
