They're a SCAM

Three weeks my order has been unfulfilled. One week that they have failed to respond to my email except for an automated response. Their own website cant find my order unless i log in and see it under my account. Going to go through my bank for a refund soon.

This company is garbage it's a SCAM in my opinion I never received my order, I tried to reach customer service and there's absolutely no way of getting ahold of anyone, I emailed them and requested a refund, and I got blocked! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM!

Inferior product/ customer service.

I received a microc in July and it never seemed to work right. Within a month it wouldn't turn on. I sent it back,and they said it was a soldering issue and returned it to me. End of October and I have the same problem. It's been almost a week of repeated emails and repair order requests. They've ignored my correspondence. Don't buy this inferior garbage.

They won't respond to my email request :update!

They won't respond to my email request for order status. My order is lost.
Update: The emails were going to my spam box. Be sure to check there if you email the company. They resent my order and it has arrived. Thank you DaVinci.

I would give zero stars if I could

I placed an order on September 25th and haven't heard anything. They keep apologizing but where is my order? You can't track because they use "third party shipping" Customer service is atrocious and practically non existent.

This is the worst customer service

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their vaporizer does not work. And all the great reviews shown are lies put out by the company itself. You cannot trust them or their inferior product

Charged me and never sent product. No communication from company.

I ordered a vape two weeks ago. Was sent a confirmation email but no tracking number. They took the money out of my account and still haven’t sent a tracking number. It has been over two weeks and they are not responding to emails. I am forced to escalate this transaction with my bank and get the charge back. DO NOT PURCHASE.

very very slow shipping ordering from…

very very slow shipping ordering from there website - if you order any product with expedited shipping thinking its going to come any time soon - its probably going to take alot longer that you thought or the expected shipping says. Horrible website & horrible customer service. Im not even sure if my products are going to get delivered at all at this point. Seeing it as a loss of a few hundred usd at the moment. Historically great products except the DaVinci iq2 charging port can break easily. Order in person if you can.

Davinci Micro junk do not buy

I bought a davinci micqro bout 5 yrs ago. Loved it decided time for a new one. So in Apr 2023 I purchased another one. I have had nothing but trouble w it. Had it bout a month. I sent it back for repairs. They sent it back supposed to be fixed. About a month later it started acting weird. Wouldn't charge a battery and it was acting like battery was dead when it wasn't. Davinci requested 2 different videos that I sent them and made me feel like they thought I was lying. Then it started to tick so I demanded a replacement which I got. It worked great for about a month. Then it quit working altogether. I just gave up. Warranty only offers replacement again. I don't want another one. They are $100 and they are junk. DO NOT BUY DAVINCI MIQRO. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO GOOD!!!!

I have been waiting for over a month now and warranty issues not solved.
Can’t phone and my emails go unanswered!
Would never have supported them if I knew they had such terrible Customer Service
I feel completely Ripped Off!

I've had ongoing issues with my Vaporizer and customer service won't reply

I've had ongoing issues with my Vaporizer and it's been sent to them 2 or 3 times to be fixed and I'm still having issues. I've emailed them and I haven't heard back from them and it's been over 2 weeks. You can't call them anymore like it used to be it's only through email now. For the money it's definitely not worth it. I'll be doing business with other company from now on.

7 years on the unit plays up

7 years on the unit plays up, quick chat online and all is resolved and my account is updated and they registered it to show with three more years of support, What a difference this experience was with nearly every other manufacturer out there

Replacement of defective device

In March 2023 I had problems with battery charging on the IQ I bought 5 years before.

I have contacted their customer service and they identified it as an issue with the charging chip.

They have proposed that they send me brand new IQC and they did it so in few days.

The communication with the woman from their customer service was awesome.

The new IQC they sent me is a level better device then previous IQ, which i loved much too.

I bought one of these devices back in 2016 for $380.00. It was problematic at the time but I persist to keep the device till it died and I have never been able to get support from the vendors as they delete accounts. The People that make Davinci devices are shameless entities that leave broadcasts and pathetic excuses as to why their product doesn't work. It says a 10 years warranty but they don't hold that stance. DON'T TRUST THEM!, AND DON"T BUY THEIR PRODUCT!

AWFUL QUALITY, APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Update Jan 25 2023:
Got an email saying Davinci have shipped a dosage pod and dosage pod filling tray (their gift for the months' delay), but they haven't shipped any devices. So I'll have a dosage pod that I won't be able to use.

Fernanda at CS claims their EU warehouse doesn't have any devices in stock, nor do they know when any will be available. I'm assuming they've made sales since I submitted my warranty replacement request on 19 Nov 22'. My device is still available for purchase on their website, but apparently they don't have enough in stock to replace the faulty ones they sold me.

Other reviews indicate that both the faulty devices and poor customer service are the standard at DV.

The ineptitude of this company knows no bounds.

Update Jan 2023:
Customer service is unapologetically slow, taking weeks to reply about my warranty repair request.

I submitted a warranty repair/replacement request on 19 Nov '22. I didn't receive a reply until 1 Dec '22.

When they eventually replied they blamed me for them taking so long, saying my case had been pushed to the back of the queue because I had replied to the automated email acknowledging my repair request. I simply added information about my case.

I sent the information they asked for but it took another week for them to respond, then another 6 days till I heard from them again.

Then I heard nothing from them until 19 Dec when they finally confirmed they would issue 2 replacement units, which would take 2-7 days to dispatch.

It's 3 Jan '23 and I've still not received any updates or replacement units.

Each unit cost over $300 USD. For this price one would expect them to work for more than a few months, and a decent level of customer service.

November 2022:
I bought 2 IQCs, one in Dec '21, one in Mar '22. The Dec unit started to malfunction in Aug '22; seconds after turning it on using a fully charged battery, the device indicates the battery is low, then after approx. 45 seconds it turns off.

CS told me to clean the battery door hinges with alcohol as they suspected resin might be interfering with the connection. This worked once then the issues resumed and the device stopped working altogether. So they sent me a replacement unit which I put aside until last week

In August, while waiting for my replacement, I started using the unit I had bought in March. In November that also malfunctioned with the exact same issues. Then, when I tried to use the brand new replacement it wouldn't even turn on.

Now I have 2 expensive units, both under warranty, both less than a year old with less than 4 month's use, and neither work.

I contacted CS on 19 Nov but haven't received a reply.

It appears others are experiencing similar quality issues and questionable customer service.

I purchased the mini that sucked

I purchased the mini. It worked for 2 days before it quit. The battery only lasted about 30 min before it died and will not work while charging. I sent it back because It didn't work and I need one that will last longer. The davinci was defective and they only refunded $69.00 of the $89.00 purchase price. I purchased a solo ll and love it. No problems and the battery last for 3 hours. Love it. Don't waste your money on Davinci. Sent it back a couple of weeks ago not sure of exact date as I sent back all papers too.

I do not understand where these bad…

I do not understand where these bad review's are coming from ? I own an IQC & a Miqro , Love them both ! Did have a problem with the Miqro , sent it back on a thursday , got it back the next saturday repaired and working like I expected it too ! I have also sent msg's and received rapid , a helpful response every time , Have spoken to agent's on the phone with same result's !

Great People ! Great Product's !
