Excellent service
This was our first experience of buying a house and requiring a survey. DAW surveyors were always prompt with their responses, professional and shared clear information to help us understand the survey required and results of this. The report was detailed and helpful that it contained images too. And all for a very competitive rate.

Excellent Level 3 Building survey
We were very happy with DAW Surveyors. The report was clear, detailed, and really useful. It helped us understand the condition of the property and feel more confident about going ahead.
Before choosing them, we looked at examples from other surveyors, but DAW's report looked much better. The final report lived up to that first impression, being easy to read, well explained, and covered everything we needed. They also replied quickly when we had questions. Their answers were clear and gave us helpful advice. I happily recommend them.
