DAX Tools / Battery Strimmer
I recently purchased an electric strimmer online from this company.
The item was at a very competitive price, hence my choice to make purchase.
After placing the order, information on order and delivery was excellent from the seller.
Item arrived ahead of schedule with updates on order delivery.
On arrival the item was well wrapped and as described in advert.
Will DEFINITELY use this seller again!!

So the images didn't give great…
So the images didn't give great accuracy, as they showed a different model from the one I wanted. As soon as I realised it, which was pretty instant, I emailed them before they shipped it to say, "Please cancel, as I wanted to buy the more expensive one," to which there was no reply, and 3 days later, the hedge cutter I didn't want turned up. I then had to pay to send it back for them to say they will only refund me less money than the original shipping, so yeah won't be using them again, and don't go off there pictures.

As explained at the time, the order was already shipped when you asked to cancel otherwise we would have been happy to do so. You did not say you wanted to purchase the more expensive one you simply asked to cancel the order with no explanation (again after the point of shipping). We do always aim to improve on feedback, although the images were correct and have not changed, upon this feedback however we have added additional images to the listing.

Really pleased with the ego power head and broom attachment, excellent sweeper and significantly cut down the time to brush patio and driveway with minimal effort. Powerful broom, no problem removing moss from tarmac. Fast battery charger super quick time to charge Will definitely buy from Daxtools again as great price and excellent hassle free service.

The strimmer itself is great and was cheaper than anywhere in the south. I will definitely use Dax tools for any future purchases
