I ordered some fresh items and some gift items for a birthday gift. They were delivered bang in time. The produce was excellent quality and fresh.

Have shopped here for years, latest visits resulting in increasing disappointment. Fresh produce lasts no time at all, (probably something to do with allowing dogs in and around produce displayed on the floor at dog bottom height- yuk) double Gloucester cheese was dried so hard it was inedible. Final insult was purchase of a charcuterie sausage for £25 that you can purchase in Malaga airport for €11 ! Chilli jam that used to be unctuous is now liquid slop. The place is all profit and form over quality function these days.

Took a very long time for my order to come, but they did tell me there had been a transport problem over Easter so I was grateful for this. Im very happy with my pumpkin bread. A slice in my bag makes a great snack when Im out and about.

My wife and I visited on Friday 17th and ordered tea for two. We asked for white sugar and was told only brown sugar and sweeteners were available. When my wife asked Daylsford’s website why there was no white sugar available the reply was
White sugar was not organic. This is incorrect. White granulated sugar can be certified organic, organic white sugar is derived from sugarcane or sugar beets grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilisers, or GMOs. It is refined without bone char or harsh chemical bleaching agents, often appearing less ‘pure white’ than conventional, highly processed white sugar.

Had a delicious meal with my husband in The Trough. Hake and a burger with the lovey bean salads - topped off with a crumble with two spoons for sharing obviously ! 🙄 great service too

Very quick delivery and beautifully wrapped

I was disappointed with the veg box. The produce was not as varied and fresh as in the past. There was two types of Kale. One needed using asap. A very small cabbage also needed eating asap. A squash and a tired bunch of wild garlic. No note included to say what they were nor how to use them. Customer support were helpful with this. I had pre ordered this for Easter

Paid upstairs for home items - stood at till no queue the lady at till on phone . Waited for her to finish and look up . Went to garden area upstairs lady at till on phone.
Went to get cake no staff member at all. Went opposite to get one of the girls - 3 standing there and one on mobile phone!
Wow wish I got paid to use my mobile phone at work . High end shop and products , today no customer service .
Can’t be bothered to come back .

Excellent website lovely gift

I recently discovered Daylesford Organic online and purchased some food products and they were delivered perfectly packaged and were delicious. I was able to visit Daylesford Organic Shop and Garden room recently when I found that they do events and myself and husband booked and attended a conversation given by Sarah Raven and Jez Taylor Daylesford's head Gardener. We enjoyed exploring Daylesford beautiful and thoughtful Shops before the event in the evening. Had the most special and memorable day and look forward to visiting again soon. In the meantime I can order Daylesford online.
