This was a fault-free order and delivery process that was executed without issue and as requested. As someone who was ordering for the first time from Daylesford, I now have confidence to order again.

Very disappointed. We visited you shop and found several items we wanted to purchase. We were assisted by one of the staff who when she heard we are from Austria, mentioned that you shipped to Austria. Rather than carrying everything on the plane we decided to place our order and have it sent to us. A few days later our order was cancelled because „your courier informed you they don’t deliver to Austria“. First of all, you in this case have a terrible courier, second, in today’s world where we all live from online shopping there are tons of different couriers, you can expect us to believe you only work with one. A very disappointing experience which we did not expect to get from you.

Purchased two of these for grandchildren.. I was shocked just how tiny they are. Almost of no use whatsoever really. I had to keep one as it was close to Christmas and too late to replace; I then had to organise a return for the other one by email (no direct process from the farm shop online). Customer service were helpful but it was an expensive nuisance in the end. Although the quality of the bag is very good, it's way too expensive for what it is, given it would only fit something the size of an apple inside!

Not the best, the cups were way way smaller than average very close to
Espresso cups. So we drove up to Kingham and they didn’t even have in store, so guessing just an item bought for “sale” shame to devalue

Love Daylesford Organic. The best farm shop in the UK or world! Finally got the cup I’d been waiting for online. Beautiful like all your products. Everything is sublime at Daylesford Organic a must visit location in the Cotswolds. Gorgeous place gorgeous products gorgeous food.

Interestingly, I’ve had an experience almost identical to many of the one-star reviews below.

I ordered a trio of wine as a thank-you gift for a colleague. The order was accepted. Only after I received a confusing refund notice (initially showing £0) did I email to ask what was going on. I was then sent the following message:

“Unfortunately, the LEOUBE SECRET TRIO you ordered could not be fulfilled as it is currently out of stock. Sadly, we do not know when this will be available again so we have issued a refund on this occasion.”

That message clearly implies the entire order could not be fulfilled. I was annoyed that I had been allowed to buy it in the first place but I quickly went about ordering a replacement from elsewhere.

So imagine my surprise when I later received a delivery notification - and my colleague told me that two of the three bottles had been delivered.

By that point, taking the email at face value, I had already ordered a replacement gift from The Newt and paid a similar amount for it.

When I called Daylesford, I was told I’d only been given a partial refund because two of the three bottles were apparently available.

What on earth?

You order a trio. You are explicitly told it cannot be fulfilled. They then decide, without checking, to send part of the gift anyway - after I’ve already spent money replacing it - and somehow think this is acceptable. Are they imagining I can ask my colleague to return half a gift so I can send it back?

As things stand, they still can’t clearly tell me whether I’ll receive a full refund.

Avoid. If you’re looking for a gift, hamper or anything that relies on basic competence and communication, go elsewhere.

The wrong item arrived but the exchange and delivery was excellent all beautifully wrapped.

Getting a repeat of the blue and white striped apron ...fab quality

After a flaky start Daylesford came up trumps with reliable service, beautifully and safely packaged and timing as promised. I would highly recommend buying from Daylesford, no item too small and of course first class quality.

Having previously purchased gifts for my partner from the Bamford Barn by phoning Sue the then manager, I attempted to do the same this year. I was told on two different occasions that there was a problem getting through to the Barn but that they would send a message asking them to contact me.Sometime later I received an apologetic email from “Emily and the team “ which I replied to making a request and since that time have heard nothing back from them. Very disappointed
