Our Philosophy
At Daylesford, we’re dedicated to growing, producing and cooking seasonal, organic food. It must be fresh, and full of flavour, packed with the many vitamins and minerals that come from natural food, picked and eaten at its peak.
As part of a mission to reverse the industrialisation of our food and the pollution of the land that nurtures it, we practise organic, sustainable framing with far less pesticides and herbicides on our crops. We do not use artificial growth promoters and hormones on our animals, and maintain the highest welfare standards.
Above all, we believe that when people eat natural, organic food, they can taste the difference. It’s a chain of goodness that begins with healthy soil, and finishes with healthy animals and people.
Our Farmshops
From high-quality larder staples to indulgent treats for special occasions, our farmshop shelves are full with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from our organic Market Garden, artisan bread made by hand in our own Bakery, award-winning cheese from our Creamery and fresh organic meat from clover-rich pastures.
Our Homewares collections are made by makers who are as passionate about sustainability, quality materials and elegant design as we are to create one-of-a-kind items for your homes and gardens, from the softest linens to the signature scents of our home fragrance range.
Our Cafés
Our organic cafés are the natural showcase for what we do on the farm. Here, our chefs make our produce the star of each plate, with seasonally changing menus and daily specials highlight what’s good to eat right now.

Visited Dalesford Organic Cotswolds
Visited Dalesford Organic after eating lunch at The Fox
Beautifully laid out but super expensive better off at John Lewis, M&S and Waitrose. Nothing enticed me to buy as was in my opinion over priced and nothing different enough to get me to buy!
Incredibly annoying how we have been bombarded with emails from having signed up for wifi in the fox restaurant owned by Daylesford Organic - I have had at least 4 since eating at the Fox today!!
Lovely produc/ packaging and delivery
Lovely produc/ packaging and delivery. Just a hiccup on my chosen delivery day!
I gave this 4 star because I wanted to…
I gave this 4 star because I wanted to feedback that as a coeliac, Daylesford used to sell a unique Macaroni cheese which was gluten free and superb. They stopped selling it. Now I found out that the orange and poppy seed cake which even Daylesford staff loved as some them are coeliac, once again is not not being stocked , so that’s a bit disappointing. I get if these products are not making money then fine but in understand they were .

A fabulous location with fabulous staff…
A fabulous location with fabulous staff serving fabulous people.
Prices are too high for products in the stores and the garden center. If you can think of the highest price per product, it's higher than that.
The restaurant is very pleasant and I have no complaints; pricing is about correct, on the high side given the high-quality food, but not too high a price.
Dropped from five stars to 4 because I didn't like being asked for so much information for the wifi, particularly when the mobile signal is already too weak to receive password reset emails when one cannot remember the wifi login details. It might seem like a small thing when your family gets split up by location, but being able to message or call each other easily is crucial. Wifi drops as one walks around, also.
We booked into one of the gardening…
We booked into one of the gardening club/ course days and had a fabulous day full full of goodies, delicious organic food, cakes, coffees, a 3 course meal, tours of lady Bamfords garden and the market garden with Steve, Jez, Kate and Joe, lots of incredible growing knowledge, cider tastings, our own mini harvest in the market garden where we where allowed to take what we could carry of the most delicious vegetables, culminating in gifts, including a fabulous book on apples! A rather lovely bunch and worth every penny for the experience! We also went to the fox and stayed in one of the cottages, we loved the entire experience!
Lovely farm shop
Lovely farm shop, with great parking facilities.
I think the farm shop itself could be a little larger than it is just now. It's always busy and quite small considering.
There aren't enough toilets and the locks don't work too well. We had a lovely meal, but the table was only really for drinks as you kept having to lean over yourself to eat. There was quite a large queue for the food areas and only one member of staff manning the seating for all restaurants.
The outside fire place was lovely. Great shopping, again, I feel this could be expanded upon.
My purchases arrived on time
My purchases arrived on time, they were securely wrapped and in perfect condition.
Superb location
Superb location, products and service. A great all round experience.

Lack of enough space for Coffee break with dogs especially as they are generally welcome in the rest of the store
The food and the place are amazing
The food and the place are amazing
Don’t use Daylesfords on line ordering service
Despite ordering 10 days in advance, which was the first delivery date available, I received emails nearly every day saying item after item was out of stock.
Eventually less than half of the order arrived.

Come and have your taste buds tickled!
We came to the cookery course of how to cook and eat healthily
The staff were so helpful and attentive. The menu for the experience was so interesting that we all felt we would incorporate the herbs and spices into our daily cooking. The Daylesford site is impressive with food from the farm coming fresh to the table.
CHARGED FOR THE DISH WITH A WORM CRAWLING
I took my visiting friends from abroad to Daylesford for lunch to impress them. One of my friends found a worm in her salad still crawling. When we asked for the bill, they still charged us for the salad by a more senior member of staff that was sent back with no apology. In a decent restaurants or cafes they would even offer their clients a free dessert or coffee. She was offered ZERO. I was soooo embarrassed by the poor and appalling quality of service at Daylesford, Moreton in Marsh
