There lamps are not good and they do not stand by thier warranties. Stay away if you want a lamp.

The Neck light itself is excellent!
It turns on too easily, though.
You barely hold it and you end up pushing the on buttons.
It would be better if you had to hold for 1 or 2 seconds for it to come on.
So far, the battery time has been great. But, if it is accidentally turned on in my bag, it might be drained when I am ready to use it.
In the meantime, a firm case would keep it from inadvertently turning on in my bag where I was carrying it.

Beautiful design for the neck light. I had bought a cheapo one from a well known online store and thought this would be considerably better. The flexibility of the necks is brilliant but the light is not good enough for me to use. I have lots of lamps from this company that are A* but this is very disappointing.

The magnifying lamp itself has shipping stickers to prevent even the slightest scratches or cracks. I bought the lamp for use in beauty services. It's perfect for this type of work. The lamp is very nice but for me difficult to assemble. I had to pay someone to assemble it for me. Customer service was no help and did not respond to my three requests.

Thought I’d try a new personal light. I use it for late night reading and knitting. It works well so far.

I would say that the product itself is not at all as great as I expected. I don’t think the head light shines nearly as bright as I thought it would. I’m sorry 😣 I bought it. I have a big floor lamp from your company and I love that light.

My wee lamp is gorgeous. My friends were so taken with how a compact lamp can give off so much light. I do love Daylight lights.

Ordered a replacement clamp for an existing light - Came super quick, as described. Can't complain.

The big plus is I've had this light for about 6 years now, it's still going strong and the one time recently that I've tried asking support for help when it was on the fritz the support person was very helpful and pointed me in the direction of the solution. Thought that I'd honestly just have to replace the light, but no! I recommend Daylight to anyone asking about desk lights for hobbies!
