The costumer service is very helpful with dealing with issues. I’m very happy. I have fur jacket with is absolutely gorgeous and prices are very adequate.

Appalling quality. Paid £295 for a fur coat only for a cheap, paper-thin polyster garment to arrive. The customs label even says polyester worth £40.
Their product descriptions are a pack of lies.
Waiting to hear back from them for a refund.

People are jealous and trying to ruin their business I am from north London their fur is genuine lovely and expensive looking the bad reviews are fake

I ordered a pair of gloves for a Christmas present , then when I read reviews on this site I was worried that I would not receive what I ordered in time or of the quality described. The gloves came today and are just as described and I am very happy with the purchase.

Love this company, I've brought 4 hats from them so far, and brought another and because it was a little late in sending they sent me a free hat , so lovely 😍

Unrivalled customer service… and not even started on the quality of the coat. Unsure as to sizes or even the company, I dubiously went for an XS fox fur parka. It was too big and I was worried about the exchange process. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The customer services were extremely helpful, reassuring and kept in constant contact. They even hurried up the process despite being so busy, in order that I received the XXS for my trip as planned. Arrived today and fits perfectly. Excellent quality. Will be adding to my fur collection with Daymisfurry without question.

TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY! THEY PROMISED TO REFUND ME AND IT NEVER HAPPENED! BEEN SO LONG SO REPORTED IT TO THE BANK! COAT WAS CHEAP AND TERRIBLE QUALITY TOO :)

I love the rabbit fur hoody Vest I bought so much! Great quality, super soft and warm. Item match the description and picture on the website. Delivery was very slow, but that's maybe to be expected when shipping oversea during christmas time. I was in no hurry and felt secure that my package would arrive eventually (took 1,5 month). I had beforehand read many positive reviews on the shop when they were on etsy. I`ll definitely buy from them again! Winter jacket next. I plan to buy it now, so that the jacket will arrive before the cold hits.

On order confirmation is written ‘shipping 5-8 working days’, this is clear that item should be received by customer in this time frame. The customer care claims that they will only go to the post office in this time period and they do not say how long the parcel itself will take. After contacting them, they said that they do not guarantee when the order will arrive. Maybe in a month. Do not recommend.

Ordered a black fox scarf on the 23rd December just before Christmas and it was delivered today 28th December. Fabulous customer service especially at this time of year. Beautiful scarf would definitely buy from this company again

Beautiful hat - black wool with racoon fur Pom Pom to replace a much loved lost one. Lovely and warm. The hat looks very expensive and is super cosy and stylish. Thanks

Received my wool and fox fur coat which was absolutely lovely but as there was a slight difference in the description to the item received I contacted the Company who instantly provided an acceptable solution to me keeping the coat. It is extremely well made with high quality products. I will certainly be purchasing from them again.

My Item was received 4 weeks later than the delivery time that was advertised. I wanted it for my wedding and it arrived after this. The order paid for was three items. I received only one item. I am still waiting to hear back about a refund for the other two items.

It’s difficult because it’s not your fault it’s Royal Mail I really needed this item before Christmas as it was a Christmas present and I’m still waiting order was placed on the 8th of dec and still haven’t received it. I am sorry as I know it’s not your fault just frustrating
