Gloves fit well and heated as described. My husband uses them for hiking in the mountains on cold days.
These gloves are exactly what I need when the temperature gets really low. The instructions are clear, it's nicely packaged. I got several messages from the company as the gloves were packed and shipped and they were delivered on time.
I was sent the wrong pair, and my emails asking them to fix the mistake have been ignored. I will not order from this company again, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to deal with them.
After I waited 2 weeks for the gloves to arrive, one glove only lasted an hour or so and the XS size was too big for my wife’s hands when other gloves sized XS or even S fit her fine. The 20 day return period was almost up by the time I received them so I started email the customer support for return instructions. It took several days and repeated emails to get a response. It turns out they appear to have come from China although it appeared that I was purchasing them from a US based store. They will not provide return shipping labels and said that I would have to pay return shipping or I could accept a partial refund and keep them but did not provide a shipping address to assess the shipping cost or the amount of the partial refund option to compare which would cost more or less. I emailed asking for the details and will see how long the second response takes and how long it takes to get refunded if I am ever able to return them. Very bad experience so far and I ordered them 3 weeks ago and knew within the same day they arrived that they had performance and size issues. Hopefully one day I will get back some of the money I spent on these gloves but I am not overly optimistic or enthusiastic about this company or the product
Package was never received. Day Wolf Sports has done nothing to resolve the issue, other than provide me with the tracking number (without carrier information) and deny any responsibility.
After I figured out the carrier and tracked delivery to the wrong address, Day Wolf Sports still denied it was their error and told me to take it up with the carrier. Since I'm not the shipper, I have spent considerable, frustrating time getting information from the carrier, ultimately confirming Day Wolf Sports put the wrong address on the Shipping Label.
Errors happen. The job of customer service is to figure out the issue and resolve it for the customer. Day Wolf Sports customer service is impotent. The customer is left to do all the work to figure out the problem while Day Wolf Sports denies, deflects, and stalls.
To-date, I have yet to receive my order or a refund. Definitely not a satisfying or trustworthy organization to do business with.
Glove did not keep my hands warm or dry. They were fully charged and by mile 10 on my bike ride, my hands were cold. There was some rain on the ride and my hands were wet and cold by the end. The company has not been responsive to our request to return the product. DON"T PURCHASE!
Worst experience of all time. I bought a pair of gloves. Received an order number with tracking information. The tracking information said the gloves had been delivered to a different state 6 days before my order was replaced?
No one picked up phone at the customer service number. 5 emails unanswered until 4 days later. Awful!!!
Order was not received, and no response from customer service when trying to track it down. Now I’ve got to pursue a chargeback to get my money back. Not great, wouldn’t buy from them again.
Absolutely horrendous. I strongly resist ever posting bad reviews, but in this case, it is justified. I ordered heated gloves as a Christmas present for my wife. I believe there was some confusion as to the tracking number because, when tracked, the information was that they were delivered to an address in Colorado on December 24th. We live in Massachusetts, and there is no Colorado address associated with our name. I have sent several emails to DayWolf, and a message through their customer support dialogue box to advise that I never received the gloves. The area code 646 customer service phone number "cannot be completed as dialed." I warned them that I was exercising restraint and holding off, but then would post a negative review. Despite several emails, I have never heard from them, not even to acknowledge my emails. A truly disappointing and shockingly terrible experience, and it's not over; now I need to cancel the charge ($143) from my credit card. I don't like having to leave a negative review, and I exercised extreme restraint, but it is important that would-be customers know what they're dealing with here.
Note: review form asks for "date of experience." I accepted the default date of 12/20/2025, but this "experience" has been going on for over 2 weeks now.
I never received my heated gloves and, when I tried to track it, it said the product was delivered 13 days before I ordered it.
I would not order from this company. I ordered off of their website and paid for expedited shipping. Nine days later I received an email with the tracking number. Tracking number said that the package had been delivered a day before I ordered these online. I have been emailing the company to try and resolve this issue as the gloves have still not been delivered. No return email. No phone number to call. Contacted my credit card company to reverse the charges. Would not order anything from this company. Poor customer service and no way to leave an online review on their website about this poor experience.
They don't make a size small enough for my hands and are charging me shipping for the return when it was their failure to begin with. Bad customer service in my opinion
Prompt reply with sensible option offered (by Ciro) to rectify my mistake during ordering. Much appreciated and would recommend.
Customer Service representative Ciro, answer my questions fully on both the over charging of Freight and delivery confirmation.
I greatly appreciate the effort now that the package has arrive.
Two weeks and still no product, no updates wrong tracking number and the only email has been this one to review my experience
The quality of your product seems well made. (can’t give accurate review, it’s not cold outside to try out)
Good experience. Mittens were received well by my Grand Daughter who has Raynauds disease.
