I signed up and got the discount rate, but discounts puts you into a contract. Dazn charged me an extra cancelation fee of $60. You're on the hook. They will mot care.

Signed up for free trail, still charged after cancelling and took two weeks and chasing multiple times to get a refund. Even contact them after cancelling my free trial to confirm it was cancelled and they said it was and still took my money. My advice is if signing up for a free trail use a card with no money on it as they’ll take your money without permission

I signed up for what was clearly presented as a monthly service, only to find DAZN has locked me into a 12-month legal contract without my explicit consent.
The interface is designed to bait users with a "Monthly" price (€8.99), only to reveal in the fine print—after the transaction—that it's an annual commitment that jumps to €17.99. This is terrible and intended to trap customers into long-term debt for a short-term service.
On top of that they claim to show all the say nfl or epl or whatever but more often than not they only show a smattering of games not the full slate. Buyer beware

Its a scam. You cancel your subscription and they still continue to take money from your account. Do not sign up.

Have been with Dazn since they began 2021.
Well pleased with their content.
I had a problem with my account caused by my self and a customer service agent ( mounica ) was superb in sorting my problem.🥰

after migrating from Courtside to Dazn my subscription got lost. After almost 20 emails with cust support, multiple screenshot proofs, transaction numbers, date and time of the transaction they send me some "migration link" which is a normal SIGN IN link and tell me to reset password AFTER they confirmed that my account was not migrated! PPl that work in cust support have no BASIC IDEA of how IT works, just gonna reverse payment via bank and report it to authorities in CZ since they craged for a service that was not provided. Will find another site to watch FIBA games, AVOID THIS SITE BY ALL COST!!

Very misleading sign up process. Your lead to believe it's a rolling monthly subscription when it's not. I would avoid if possible.

The worst subscription service I’ve ever used. Their customer service is straight up evil, crazy expensive and they outright lie to their customers. I changed my account to a monthly flex plan in order to cancel my account and they kept changing my contract end date so I couldn’t cancel it at all. Then charged me $70 to end it

The quality was awesome; you really give all the world the opportunity to watch the entire club world cup. Try to acquire the rights for the Fifa world cup...!!!

Renewed subscription without any notification or warning. Refused to refund even though retail law states that there should be a notification of the renewal of the subscription. Online chat said they would then contact me to help, and they hadn't event taken my details! This feels like a total scam to me and I'm still trying to find the contact details of the complaints dept.

UPDATE: They have offered a refund as a gesture of ‘goodwill’, which I’m grateful for, however this should not have happened in the first place.

I am very dissatisfied with the cancellation process. I subscribed for one month at a discounted price because I wanted to watch a specific football game.
I then tried to cancel my subscription before the end of the month, not to incur in additional charges, only to discover that the service requires a 30-day cancellation notice!

This is the first time I have seen such a condition for a monthly online subscription. As a result, I now have to pay for almost another full month at the regular price.

The one game I wanted to watch has therefore become extremely expensive...

There's a customer service person who works there Santhosh Chary, the worst customer service person i have ever been connected to. Didn't help with my issue at all, soon as I reconnected to another person they solved the issue immediately.

The subscription model feels misleading and overly restrictive. You are pushed toward what looks like a monthly plan, but in reality it is a 12-month commitment, and even then some major events still require extra payment.

The cancellation process is also unnecessarily difficult. Rather than allowing customers to cancel quickly and clearly, the platform presents repeated offers, extra prompts, and a confusing flow that makes the process more frustrating than it needs to be. I also had to deal with customer service and repeat points that had already been explained, only to receive scripted responses.

In practice, this creates the impression that the process is designed to discourage cancellation rather than handle it fairly. A service should not make it this hard for customers to leave. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
