Visited Hatton gardens in London to to look for an engagement ring for my partner. I was welcomed by Jaleel who was very helpful and trustworthy, we had a long discussion identifying which rings I liked and Jaleel went out of his way to piece together different examples to help my find exactly what I was looking for.

Jaleel showed me a range of top quality Emerald gemstones and made me feel at ease as I am unfamiliar in this field, he answered all questions and provided all the information and Jaleel is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. He gathered many Emerald gemstones to compare and discuss, providing me with a high quality stone.

Jaleel took my budget into great consideration and care and found what was best suited for my needs! I had went on holiday and Jaleel remained in communication through the process of crafting this beautiful ring and I cannot be any happier, definitely the best shop and customer service I have had in my experience of visiting Hatton garden on this day!

The final result is a Halo Engagement ring 18K Gold 1.7 Carat Emerald Gemstone (Zambian) and I cannot wait to propose with it!

I had a great (and smooth!) experience with Dazzle Diamonds when choosing my diamond ring. I had specific requests of what I wanted, and I had visited a lot of the jewellers in Hatton Garden - but nothing seemed to be exactly what I wanted, whether in colour, clarity or measurements. Dazzle Diamonds was the only jewelry shop that was able to source exactly what I wanted in all parameters, and within my budget.

After discussing the price range and specifications I desired, Shiyam in particular was very helpful in sourcing the best natural diamond (compared to what other shops in the street showed me), and I was offered a better price than anywhere else in Hatton Gardens. I am very happy with my choice, in love with my ring, and have indeed referred two of my good friends to Dazzle!
