Jaleel has been amazing when dealing with him from the start of the ring selection to the final touches that needed doing at the end. Shiyam was extremely helpful, calm, and pleasant to deal with. He took time to teach us about sapphires and diamonds whilst also showing various designs before we finally settled on the perfect pendant. After meeting up with several jewellers to get a bespoke engagement ring made, we found Jaleel in his amazing store based in Hatton Garden. Upon arrival, Jaleel was very kind and informative about the gemstone trade.

Jaleel provided us with a selection of Ceylon Sapphires and talked us through every single gem. He understood our requirements (from design of the ring, to the shape of the Ceylon sapphire) and showed us the perfect gem that fits our needs.

Jaleel even gave us a microscope device to fully inspect the gem, whereas other jewellers did not even allow us to take pictures. This made us realise we can fully trust Jaleel to make us the perfect engagement ring.

Jaleel kept in contact with me throughout the making of the ring and provided regular updates. His knowledge in the gem trade is second to none and we cannot recommend Jaleel and Dazzle Diamond enough!

As you can see from the photos, we were delighted with the end product and we will definitely be returning for any future jewellery purchases.

We were browsing lots of shops in Hatton Garden for an engagement ring and two wedding rings and from the moment I spoke with Shiyam I knew I'd found the right place. He really understood the vision of what I was looking for and grasped what was important to me; conflict-free, natural gemstones.

When I collected the rings from Jaleel and Taz, they too, were really helpful and welcoming and I saw that the rings were perfect and exactly what I had hoped for.
