Great customer experience, nice rings and good price

Usually they say, Speed, Quality, Price… you can pick only two. Well, in the case of these guys, that theory was proven inaccurate, they will do all three.
On the day of my wedding I wished to give my Mum a gift, and after being let down last minute, I was panicking that I wasn’t going to be able to find something. Accidentally dropping into their shop their initial enthusiasm was not off putting as they said that not only could they create exactly what I was looking for, but they could do it in 4 hours and for the budget I was looking to spend.
I’m so so happy with it and couldn’t recommend them high enough - great lads, great product, great price.

So my fiancé actually took me to Hatton Garden as he wanted me to choose my wedding ring. I don’t think the plan was to place an order on that day, it was more just to look around and get an idea of the different rings although my fiancé had been doing his own research. We came across the shop Dazzle Diamonds, a man called Jaleel welcomed us in. It was the first shop my fiancé and I went into as the other shops looked busy or required an appointment. I am soo happy my fiancé and I went into the shop as Jaleel was amazing! I had a rough idea of what I wanted however he really went into detail about all the different bands and diamonds and also recommended some to us as it can be quite confusing. I wanted to go for the bespoke option as I think it’s more special than buying a regular ring. His customer service was 10/10 and could not fault it one bit! Jaleel helped with choosing the diamond and the band, my fiancé and I were very happy with the ring so he placed an order even though there were no plans of ordering the ring on that day. The ring took about 5 weeks to be made and during that time, Jaleel stayed in contact with my fiancé and kept him updated. On the collection day I was so nervous to see my ring however all I can say is Jaleel did such an amazing job!!! The ring came out exactly how I wanted, I think it actually exceeded my expectations. I am very very happy with it, and honestly I could not recommend this place enough.

He was extremely personable and friendly in his approach and provided great customer service during our selection of the engagement ring and our wedding bands. Jaleel was great throughout, listening to my requirements, helping design the ring and updating me with progress. I had a sharp deadline and Jaleel did everything he could to meet it, which he did. The fiancé loves the ring, it’s the perfect fit and just enough sparkle. Genuinely couldn’t have gone better for a proposal. Would recommend.

We chose our favourites, they were sized and ready for us to collect within two hours allowing us to celebrate with our rings on the day.
