When I first visited Jaleel and Dazzle Diamonds', I was not 100% sure of what I was looking for or even the exact budget that I was setting for my ring.

In our first meetings, Jaleel spent an exceptional amount of time doing the following:

- Making sure I knew about the range of diamonds that are available and the importance of the different aspects of the diamonds (including showing me examples).
- Talking me through the expected price points for the various diamonds.
- Agreeing a reasonable timeline, great price point and high quality of diamond that suited me.

Having purchased the ring, Jaleel made sure I was involved in every step of its making. He always clarified any doubts with me to ensure that the final outcome was exactly as I hoped.

I really appreciate how patient Jaleel was with me whilst I was deciding on and finalising the ring. I am an indecisive person and it was a big decision for me. Would not have been able to make it with the confidence that I did had I not received his and Dazzle Diamonds assistance.

After much research and deliberation I visited Hatton Garden with a view to purchase an engagement ring for my wife. Fortunately for me my wife had made it very easy (and clear) as she had many times sent photos to me of what she might like!!

I had spoken with many friends, done a lot of research & GIA compliance was a minimum requirement of mine and the need to have good quality - assessed by cut, colour, clarity and carat - were also considerably factors of mine.

Having met Jaleel in Hatton Gardens, he made the above very straightforward. He positively affirmed he could produce a ring to the design and style my now wife had hoped for. We discussed the detail, time frames, costs and specification at great length and I found Jaleel to be positive, reassuring, and very willing to work with me.

It is always daunting entering a new field, spending a fairly considerable amount of money and doing it for a lifelong and special commitment. Jaleel eased this process, met every commitment he said he would and my wife is delighted with her ring!

I designed and purchased my fiancées engagement ring with the assistance of Shyiam and Jaleel and the service was flawless. I always intended on designing a ring rather than buying one off the shelf and it’s very important to find the perfect jeweller to help you craft the ring and bring your vision to life. They provided amazing advice and an impeccable service and all during a global pandemic. She absolutely loves her ring and we’ll definitely be back to purchase her band.

I bought my wife a engagement ring from Shiyam after visiting many other jewellers in Hatton Garden. For the quality and price of the ring and Dimond it was definitely better than anything out there. My wife liked it so much that she decided to buy the wedding ring from them too.

Bought some diamond earrings from Dazzle and got really helpful advice from Jaleel in relation to what GIA diamond to buy, creating the perfect combination of colour, clarity, cut, carat and importantly price. He was also very good in reassuring that these are genuine GIA Diamond. Always make sure you check online the GIA report and take the time to read the GIA number on the diamond with a magnifier glass. Jaleel was very patient and helpful here showing me the numbers (not easy to see). I would very much recommend Jaleel as can get any GIA certified diamond you want but does not have the overhead of an expensive retail store.

Great service . I went to Hatton Gardens to invest in a watch. Jaleel beat all asking price and also supplied me with a watch that was amazing, hardly used for the best price on the whole strip. This guy knows his diamonds, gold and also creates items on customer requested. I can honestly recommend this seller as the most genuine, humble, warm and caring customer service. I visited dazzle diamonds in hatton garden, as i was wanting to get an engagement ring for my fiance. I had many questions, and some confusions that other jewellers did not clear up fully. After meeting dazzle diamonds, they sat me down and in the most friendly manner, explained everything beautifully.
