We absolutely fell in love with the solitaire ring, but the original retailer didn’t offer a matching band. After searching everywhere locally and almost giving up, I found Dazzling Rock. Their rose gold curved bands were not only a perfect design match—they were half the cost of what I saw in stores. I ordered two bands, had them sized, and once they arrived, I was overjoyed at how perfectly they wrapped around my 8mm solitaire.
Though the bands did shift around a bit, a local jeweler validated their rose gold and diamond quality and customized them into an enhancer. Now, my ring is complete, and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Dazzling Rock, for such quality craftsmanship and helpful service. 💖💍

Update: The communication ended up a lot better in the end. We actually decided to listen to each other and formed a solution that was favorable for both parties. Customer service is great here. The prices are definitely worth the quality

Ordered a wedding ring (ring guard) for my wife. It was absolutely beautiful but needed to be resized due to her diamond engagement ring not fitting properly. Kevin promptly resized and sent it back along with a gift.

I ordered a 18K diamond cross, a pair of diamond hoop earrings and a white gold chain.
The chain was not available on their website so I emailed them to ask if they had it. And they fixed it.
The communication was excellent! Fast response and helpful. The jewelry are very beautiful! I am happy with my order and I am looking forward to order more from them. P.s I even got a nice gift.

I would give ZERO stars if I could!!!! I purchased an engagement ring. The center diamond was much smaller in person than in the picture, one of the surrounding diamonds was loose. When I contacted the merchant they advised that I would have to pay for the return. I was very unhappy about this but returned the item and insured the return for about $50.00 shipping. I never got my refund!!!!!!!!

I ordered a lab-created diamond pendant necklace from Amazon and it ended up being too large. I called customer service and placed a custom order over the phone for a smaller stone and shorter chain. I am pleased with the product. I have read other reviews questioning the authenticity/quality of the products. I haven't taken it to a jeweler for verification but it looks very nice. I'm hoping it stands the test of time. I did notice the chain is different from the first chain I purchased, even though I ordered the same thing.

I had a great experience working with Dazzling Rock. I decided to exchange the initial ring I ordered, and I was easily able to exchange for a new ring. It took about two weeks from the time of order to receive the ring. I will order from this company again.

I bought this ring for my wife about a year ago. After less than a year, the aquamarine faded to gray. It is now permanently like that. I contacted Dazzling Rock and their representative, Kevin, told me it was past the 30-day warranty and they wouldn't do anything about it. I took it to a jeweler who told me that it may be aquamarine, but based on the color change, it was extremely poor quality. So bottom line is that DazzlingRock knows it sells poor quality jewelry, hence the "only 30-day" warranty. So if you want anything that will make it past 30 days, stay away from this shoddy company.

I ordered a size 6 18 K gold chevron ring with diamond accents for $299.04 befire taxes via Anazon. The ring I was sent did not fit. I put it in my ring sizer. and it read 5&3/4 US size ring. I asked for a refund and mailed the ring back bia US Post Office. They wrote back that they gave me a “goodwill refund of $1.00 (one dollar). I wrote to them and they said that “their -our ringsizer says it’s a 6.” They stole my money and I have no ring.

After only wearing my wedding ring for 2 months a stone fell out. The company would not honor their 90-day warranty because I was passed the 90 days, by 2 days!

I AM DAZZELED ! I was a little worried to order something like this online. I called a couple times with questions and everyone I spoke to was thoughtful, and helpful. One young lady even emailed me a picture to help answer a question.I wanted a Diamond enhancer/wrap type of ring. I wanted a ring To go with my Grandmother’s 1929 Diamond engagement ring.
It arrived early too. SURPRISE there was even a small gift included with my ring. I have recommended this website to at least 5 friends since Christmas. Thank you for creating a ring I have dreamed about.
