After purchasing a beautiful Diamond Cross from Dazzling Rock, I ordered a custom made Diamond “C” which is Dazzling, no pun intended. Working with Kevin was a plus. I found him to be thoughtful, considerate, and trustworthy to the point that I am currently working on customizing a ring that I hope to order with Dazzling.

Product was delivered on time. And is absolutely beautiful

Do not purchase from this company if you are having it mailed to you. They will refuse to refund your purchase despite the fact you have proven it was NEVER delivered or picked up by you. Many hours invested, 9 weeks, two letters to the Post Master General and DC, 2 trips to the post office and 2 letters from the local PMG, 1 phone call that turned into a screaming match and the representative over talking me and they still refuse to refund jewelry I never received.

I have looked for my wedding band for a year. They were too expensive or not the one I really wanted. I found what I wanted at the right price with Dazzling Rock.

Ordered earrings as a Christmas gift for my wife. Product arrived today before the expected delivery date. Description matched product delivered and I am very happy with the purchase. Price was better than what is readily available in retail stores. Thanks.

I ordered a genuine sapphire women's ring. The quality of the stone is poor. It looks black & opaque unfortunately.

I put these tri color diamond earrings in went outside and had to beat 13 women off me with a spiked club I think I’m gonna order 3 more pair these people have amazing stuff and quality

I have purchased several items from Dazzling Rock over the years, and I have always been pleased with the jewelry. They have reasonable prices, and have been responsive to any questions or issues.

The products are very good, the service is excellent: But the delivery takes forever. I purchased on Oct'30 a pair or earrings for my wife's B-Day, which were delivered on Dec 10th. So, if you are in a hurry and/ or expecting shipping/ delivery in reasonable times: Try to buy the presents in a different place.

It came quickly then expected and it looks as exactly like I though it would.

I’m Returning my purchase, just was so disappointed. It was my 70th bday gift and didn’t realize how very small the earrings were. They looked the size for an infant. Just disappointed.

I am quite pleased with my recent purchases of blue diamond and white diamond rings. Very beautiful and high quality. The free gift of diamond stud earrings was a nice bonus!
I returned my initial purchases as the diamonds were too delicate. I notified DazzlingRock via email of the items I was mailing back, received a confirmation email and another acknowledging that my purchase price was credited back.
I am also happy with the reasonable purchase prices as compared to other jewelry companies.

They would have received five stars, but no one is perfect. The items were as promised and actually shipped before their promised date.

Delivery was messed up ring was delivered and signed for by wrong person wrong address basically stolen I reported it and called a agent the agent was non caring I asked for a case number and he stated there isn't one there was a case number with usps and affirm when I called and filed with them good thing I did get my ring early the next day

Earring backs were to big? Didn’t fit.
