So I’m taking my other review down I have never recipes my gift for activating my warranty they had me sign up for all this stuff and like their page. Not only didn’t send the confirmation email I gave them my address which they’ve already had after purchasing their product they had asked for my order number and everything and I did as said. And I’m still confused to why it’s been two weeks and no one’s still has helped me.

- in all honesty I bought the warranty I’m okay with that much just disappointed on top of it they don’t show up on Facebook for me there’s no way to contact them and all of it was frustrating this is definitely a huge lesson learned 😂🤦🏽‍♀️

Jeush did a good job resolving the Parshall shipment and getting the rest of the units on the way. All items arrived prior to our annual meeting and were well received. I do not believe they have a strong customer support system.

This is my first projector and I LOVE IT! Very user-friendly! The set up was easy and the visuals are awesome to go along with great audio! My family loves movie night! Support replied within 48hrs and was good at helping me. Great product that I'd offer to anyone, honestly.

What a great company to work with! Jennah was very nice, very professional, and extremely thorough to ensure I was completely satisfied!
I had a defective unit and Jennah simply asked for picture verification and promptly took care of it by sending out a replacement.
They also offered a gift card!!

Joshua was great! Helped me a lot…I may have returned a projector without his help!

Anne has been amazing to work with! How quickly she responded to BOTH of my emails blows my mind! I am beyond impressed by her timeliness and her kindness! Hopefully the team she forwarded my issues to are half as great as she is!

This is an awesome product! I have used this on multiple vehicles, since receiving it in August. My battery in my car needed replacing, so I ordered this jump starter. Bam! Car started right up. My granddaughter used it, my neighbor used it, I used it twice on my motorcycle, bam! Started right up. I don’t need to use anybody’s car & jumper cables anymore! All these times I’ve used it, and still have 90%. Small, lightweight, couldn’t be happier. Customer service is over the top helpful! Joshua was on the ball, answering all my questions. I highly recommend DB power!!!
