Update; after posting this review they contacted me next day and replaced the faulty product, bumping em up a star or two

Solidly 2 stars, incredibly overpriced and seriously lacking in quality. Support is just a robot that makes of fun you and then leaves you on read. Even casetifi has better customer support. The back of my phone case fell apart within a couple months of regular use and they suggested I didn't keep it in my pocket.

The best part is unboxing an item, it has a very premium feeling to it and they ship very fast!

My first package was misplaced by the currier. I then sent dbrand a message, and they sent me the replacement the following day. Great service!

Also the Xbox Ally Killswitch is so good. Great product!

I have been purchasing from dbrand for well over 5 years. Their skins and cases are quality and durable. What keeps me coming back is their customer service. They are responsive, approachable, and accomodating, for a robot.

This is, overall, a great company. I've had their grip phone case for a little over a year, and recently noticed some cracking around most of the edge of the case, around the camera area, and in one spot it was separated so badly that there was a huge hole in the edge. I was pretty unhappy and is why I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 (I would leave 4.5 if i could though). But, I sent them an email with photos included, asking for any sort of help. Honestly I wasn't expecting much since it had been over a year. Surprisingly they offered to send a replacement, entirely free, with no further questions or issue! And this offer was sent the very next day after my initial request! I am 100% happy with the customer service. This is how you keep your customers long term! My one and only issue is just the quality/longevity of the product. I feel a $60 phone case should last much longer than it has. However, I must say it has done it's job in keeping my phone safe. Everywhere that the case touches is absolutely pristine, and the only damage to the screen it has is because I buy crappy screen protectors lol. Ultimately Dbrand is a great company that is worth your time and money. Thank you!

Expensive, but great quality products. And a killer helpful and generous support team if you do have any issues.

Once I ordered the wrong size phone case and they let me return it free of charge, even paying for shipping on the new one which they definitely didn't have to do.

Another time one of their phone screens was leaving bubbles and they gave me things to try, when they didn't work they sent me a replacement without fuss.

While I don't believe in being a "fan" of a company they've earned my benefit of the doubt and I will consider dbrand first the next time I need a case.

The product quality stands out: precise fit, high-grade materials, and no compromises in manufacturing.
It feels like a product designed by people who actually care about details.

Great product, great price, arrived in less than a week (uk)

High quality products from a company that is committed to that quality. They do the right thing, like lose millions of dollars in Ghost cases to remake and ship them free-of-additional-charge to previous buyers. Prices are pretty high, but I find them worth it. My case outlasts my phone every time. Plus the skins are the highest quality 3M materials as well as just fantastic designs.

Excellent product , easy to apply, smells good, excellent presentation. Not only the product is way better than anything out there , they also care about the experience their client gets. The presentation and experience of unboxing and applying is excellent.

I just applied this laptop skin a few days ago so we will see how it holds up, but I am very optimistic. It is super thick and nice. I watched the application video and it was very clear and made the application a breeze. When I made a mistake, I was able to lift and reapply with no issues- no wrinkles or bubbles. The packaging was really nice as well and my skin came in perfect condition. I cannot believe the value for the price, either. I looked around a ton because I was sure I could get something for cheaper (I think I spent around $40) on Etsy, Amazon, etc. I found several others for the 20-25 dollar range, but they either weren't as thick of a vinyl, didn't have the cutouts for the rubber feet/vents on the bottom of the laptop, had poor reviews, etc. I think the skin will last forever, honestly, but if I get bored of the pattern I bought I will not hesitate to reorder from DBrand. I was really skeptical but I am pleasantly surprised. I never write reviews but if I would've read a review from a user like me, I would've saved a ton of time looking around elsewhere. I wish I would've just spent the money like two weeks earlier!

Absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase of dbrand skins for my MacBook Pro and iPad Pro.

I love the Grip case for a number of reasons. For one thing, it is just cleverly designed and well built. I also love being able to customise my case.

Above all, though, dbrand looks after their customers as good as any company I've ever dealt with. I've had issues with the hinge on my case, and dbrand has always been responsive, understanding, and eager to resolve my issue.

Their service, above even the excellent quality of their products, is the reason I will always be a loyal customer of dbrand. Their products are well worth investing in.

I bought the case for my new AirPods 4 Pro and I wanted a black modern looking case. They were spot on, looks and feels great! Fits perfectly! The case it comes in looks luxurious! Honestly a purchase worth every cent! Highly recommend buying from dbrand everyone’s noticed and has jumped straight on to look at the website. A must buy!
