NEVER ORDER FROM DEBENHAMS AGAIN
Stay away from Debenhams, I would never order from them again. I'm still waiting for my oreder which was supposed to arrive within 5-7days that I placed on the 01st of December and until now the 19th I'm still waiting. Customer service never replied, all you get is an automatic reply that never get follow up with an actual response. The chat messenger isn't replying anymore I never thought something like this could happen from Debenhams. I have a feeling that I might not even receive the order. Extremely frustrating and very disappointing from Debenhams. Unbelievable but true. NEVER AGAIN

Appalling service
Appalling service, bought something and returned because it was too big. Got a confirmation on the 2nd December the warehouse had received the item and yet I'm still waiting for a refund! Chased it up twice and all they say is its in progress. Never known a company take so long to provide a refund its a joke and starting to think I'll never get my money back.
DISGRACEFUL COMPANY - do not use
Ordered 2 French Bulldog glasses on 15th October. Returned the items because they looked absolutely nothing like how they were advertised on the website. I’m still waiting for my refund and money back. Debenhams don’t want to know and keep referring me to a 3rd party supplier called MESOLAB or DBZ Store and they are just as incompetent in resolving the issue as well. Disgusting customer service from both parts. Shocked at this with such a big named retailer. Would never ever use Debenhams again because of this. I’ve asked multiple times to be contacted or to be put in touch with the complaints departments and still waiting for the response over 2 months later. I’ve now disputed this with my bank to get my money back. They’re well out of the legal time limit to withhold my money. Shocking!!!
Scammers?
Ordered 3 separate parcels from what I believed to be Debenhams but now I'm not sure!! Sent all 3 back and they state they have 2 parcels but no third! They were all sent together!

A product ordered and paid by DBZ marketplace Bianca Turner..received an email refund is been processed as the product is out of stock. ..customer service by email or messenger no response ..no other contact. .I will look now at the chargeback process..it feels like they ate scamming customers
Delivery issue
I ordered quite a bit on 30/11/25,only 1 item not recieved,I spoke to kai through messenger who was helpful,gave me information and said he would chase it up,contact back on 21/12/25
Only reason for 4 stars is it is a christmas present and being so close to christmas,if it doesnt arrive,I will have to go looking for the item elsewhere with very little time to do so

I’m still waiting for part of my order. Unable to contact them and they haven’t been in contact with me. I’m disappointed in Debenhams as they aren’t helping.
Faulty item and no response!!!!
I ordered a blood pressure monitor which was delivered within a few days so OK. When we tried to use it it was faulty. The cuff doesn't inflate. I contacted the customer services both via Whatsapp (before it was disabled) and by messenger. I explained that we needed the item and thus wanted to now what to do. 3 1/2 days later and not heard a thing so contacted them again and said we now didn't want a replacement but a refund instead as we need to source another unit. And so far nothing!!!!! I mostcertainly would not buy from them again

AWFUL! Avoid at all costs! I ordered a tree a few weeks ago and what was delivered was nothing like what was advertised. It was also broken in a few areas so I went into the debenhams website and realised it was an independent retailer. Little did I know it was a scam company and all emails have been ignored. Debenhams cannot allow this to happen!! I feel sorry for all these people awaiting a refund. I will never buy from Debenhams again as it runs the risk of using fraudulent companies like this one. Very disappointing and they should be ashamed taking people's money
I wish there was a zero rating
I wish there was a zero rating. Return received 25th November. Refund apparently !! processed 2nd December. Told me it would be quicker to accept a credit on account when initially had to start a return. Had to change that to original method. Keep checking with bank. Like many others several emails , chatbot , apparent escalations which never happen. Just means they’ve cut you off the chat and will never reply again . Also a parcel not delivered or despatched from end of November , fake tracking given at one stage so had to query that with supplier. Still no actual despatch . Trying desperately to liaise with that company but difficult as order was via the dbz marketplace so going back and fourth. I would never ever order anything from them again , have an awful feeling I won’t get the goods or the refund on the other item. Also anyone even considering ordering something be aware it came up for me to pay a fee for insurance which would cover me if the order went missing etc. then if I had this insurance it would be quick to sort out. I thought that extremely strange as it would be up to the retailer and delivery company anyway to make sure the parcel got to me and if it didn’t then it would be between them to argue that one out. My extremely strong advice would be think very carefully before ordering.

I ordered 3 items thinking I was ordering from Debenhams £98. Only after placing my order i realised it was DBZ, went to look at reviews which are awful so I panicked and tried to cancel, but I'm glad I didn't, All items arrived very quickly and well wrapped all are excellent quality, I am very happy
Poor service and wrong refund
After ordering and paying for my item I received a message next day stating I would receive a refund with no explanation as to why my item was not being sent.
The refund was £5.60 less than I had paid.
I would not use this company again.
Absolute Scam Website
Absolute scam website. They start the return process but you literally just go round and round in circles online, getting nowhere. If you do manage to send an item back, they will not act on it and you will be continuously chasing your money. Pure theft.
They cancelled, never refunded, ignored emails
Ordered top, told 3 days later out of stock. Received email saying they would refund, then another that refund would be processed, but no refund was ever received.
I got in touch again, copied the email chain of "people" I'd been dealing with only to find out these "people" were chatbots & as my complaint was not resolved it would be escalated for "human review".
48 hours on, still no response or refund, so started chargeback through credit card provider who refunded me in a few hours.
Shocking company, please do NOT order from them

I ordered a dining table, which never came, tracking said delivered as requested and received by Konrad, I don't know a Konrad, one email confirmed the product was returned to the warehouse, and a refund would be processed through debenhams, then debenhams email to say my refund is denied as it was delivered and handed to Konrad, I can't get to speak to anyone, emails ignored, I'm now £80 out of pocket, avoid at all cost please, awful company.
Still awaiting refunds
I had items delivered in split deliveries,ist parcel sent back they confirmed on 3rd December they were issuing a refund,I am still waiting,I sent 2 more items back the pod showed recieved bk on 5th December still awaiting their main confirmation to say another refund is on way,but nothing.
It was ordered via debenhams and there useless as you can't talk to no1 all I keep getting told is the refund is working it's way through the system
